Salt Lake County prosecutors have filed charges against a 15-year-old accused of murder.Prosecutors filed aggravated murder charges against the boy in the death of 12-year-old Kailey Vijil. Prosecutors have also filed a motion to prosecute him as an adult. KUTV is not naming the boy because he is still a juvenile.
