Nature of Minor Seminary
The Minor (High School) Seminary is a formative community that primarily aims at nurturing the seeds of vocation in the persons of the adolescents. It is where academic excellence is developed, adolescents’ strengths are enhanced while weaknesses are addressed, community life is instilled, and service for others is inculcated.

Human Character FormationEnhancing adolescents’ strengths while addressing weaknesses
Spiritual Development of Prayer Life
Socio-Pastoral Development of deep commitment to and competence for pastoral leadership and service
Development of affective relationship with people
Academic Development of knowledge and skills necessary for major seminary studies
Development of the capacity to intelligently deal with any state of life a minor seminarian he may eventually pursue.
Community Living
Helping a minor seminarian appreciate his unique identity so that he may begin to accept and appreciate others for who they are.
Development of the following attributes: service-orientation; cooperation; respect; brotherhood; simplicity; urbanity; and sportsmanship.
