smartforms enable documents to be previewed

and signed. The location and size of the graphical

signature can be controlled by signature anchors

included in the document or by using the CoSign

Web Agent to dynamically place and size the

signature at signing time. Users can sign via mobile,

tablet and desktop browsers.

Signature Fields act as “placeholders,” enabling users to sign documents quickly since they do not need to first specify where the signature will appear in the document. The connector enables K2 workflows and Smart Forms to create signature fields in documents. Signature field location can be specified by page and location on the page or by using “anchor” text that is embedded in the source document, e.g. <<CFO_Signature>>.
