How we buildOur houses are built of the prefabricated full set of finished large-panel constructions at the plant in Slovenia.

The KAGER house set is manufactured using the modern equipment. It guarantees the highest quality of performance and maximum accuracy of each detail of the house (+\-0 mm).

Due to our technology, the house with total square 250 m2 will be built for 4 days only! The complete construction cycle of turnkey project takes only 6 months.

The setting-up of house can be done at any time of the year!

After the setting-up of house and tiling, the house is completely finished externally and ready for utilities and interior finish

Minimalist architecture

StructureThe base of KAGER house is carrying half-timbered construction of laminated wooden structures.

It provides exceptional rigidity house design, durability, lasting value and resistance to earthquakes up to 7 on the Richter scale.

The solid wood construction gives the house a special charm and the 1,5 meter overhangs of roof shade the facade well.

All the wooden elements of the house are covered with 4 coats of plant varnish or plant paint.  

Large glass surface

For the glass walls we use reinforced, shock-resistant triple glazing. The glass packs are filled with inert argon gas, which provides the highest activities of thermal insulation.

The thermal conductivity coefficient U=0,5 W/m2K.

Panoramic glass walls from floor to ceiling

ECO system First class materials guarantee the best insulation for the KAGER house, which minimizes the cost of house heating and cooling.

For thermal insulation of walls and roofs we use an innovative material - wood wool and mineral insulation. For insulation of the facade we we use the NEOPOR or the compressed wallboard.

Walls, floor slabs, roof systemThe basis of external and internal walls is made of laminated wood.

The thickness of the external wall is 310 mm, the thermal conductivity coefficient is U=0,146 W/m2K!

The average energy consumption for heating the KAGER house is only 25 kWt/sq.m/year!

Window, doors, sliding systemsWindows, sliding panoramic walls, doors are made of laminated wood. They are glazed with triple insulating glass, filled with argon. The thermal conductivity coefficient is Uv=0,5W/m2K.

External venetian blindsFor your comfort, we offer the external aluminum blinds built in house construction. They allow you to adjust the amount of sunlight in the house and guarantee the privacy to you. All blinds equipped with electric motor and controlled remotely.

TerraceThrough the sliding system of the hall and kitchen you can go to two separate covered terrace, which are located under the roof. On these terraces you can arrange a dinner area, recreation area or install a jacuzzi.

BalconiesThe balcony base is made of laminated wood and the balcony floor is made of larch. Balcony railing is made of glass, wood and metal.

Pergola, carport or garage for carWe offer the KAGER pergola for protection from the burning sun on the outdoor terrace.

For your car we recommend the open carport or closed garage of the KAGER production. It will be designed in the style of the house.

Windowsills and aluminum shimmers

All the horizontal wooden elements of the house are covered with aluminum shimmers. They protect the wooden parts of the building from atmospheric influences.

Half-timbered color The wood can be painted with the enamel, varnish or special paint with visible texture of wood.

Glazed roof It gives your house a new sense of unity with nature. Through them you can see sky, sun and clouds. The window equipped with the automatic shutter with electric drive, wind and light sensors.

The most advanced climate control system We use the passive solar energy accumulated in the soil, water or air for house heating, house cooling and water heating due to the system with the heat pump. The constant inflow of fresh air and the outflow of used one provide the air channels with heat recovery. We effectively use the renewable resources that allow us to minimize harmful substances emissions.

Photovoltaic On client's request, we can set the system to generate electricity from solar radiation. The system capacity is15 kWt. The surplus energy immediately fall into the common network.
