I was initially impressed with Kaitlyn’s enthusiasm, communication skills and professional demeanor when I met her last November working for us as an Assistant Project Manager. I found Kaitlyn to be reliable, pleasant and eager to give assistance when asked to help out-even with tasks not related to her job description. I personally cannot speak to her Assistant Project Manager skills as they relate to drawings and such but I do know she maintained a lot of the details necessary to move along projects assigned by her immediate supervisor. Preparing purchase orders, maintaining inventory, arranging and tracking job material shipments and scheduling are some duties I observed her do well. Of particular value to me was her willingness to take over as the in house I.T. Person. She organized the serial and registration numbers of employee computers and our server, maintained software as well as managed workstation updates and trouble calls. A cumbersome task-one not anticipated with her job description-but she organized and took over these duties without hesitation. Kaitlyn has my recommendation, and I am happy to furnish more details if you would like additional information. Sincerely, Vanessa Hirt Administrative Assistant/Office Manager CinemaTech, Inc.

Re: Recommendation for Kaitlyn Johnson

Dear Hiring Manager:

Kaitlyn would report to me when her immediate supervisor was out of the office.

Preparing purchase orders, maintaining inventory, arranging and tracking job material shipments and scheduling are some duties I observed her do well.Of particular value to me was her willingness to take over as the in house I.T.

Sincerely,

Vanessa HirtAdministrative Assistant/Office ManagerCinemaTech, Inc.972-381-1071
