If you want NetworkManagerto handle interfaces that areenabled in /etc/network/interfaces: Set managed=true in/etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf.

1. nano /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf.

2. hange managed=false to managed=true
