ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing the company QA/QC program of total company including all project sites, Head office facility, fabrication factory and auto maintenance shop facility and to take measure to increase the company’s effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsible and work with other QA/QC manager for the preparation and approval of QC manual, ISO/ASME which shall be authorized by management.

Lead QA/QC Engineers / staff at projects and shops, monitor their activities and ensure site / shops QA/QC activities are ongoing as required.

Preparation and certify quality related documents and procedures in the organization. Conduct external / internal training programs to employees / staff as per standards and customer

requirements. Report the operational of procedures which effect quality and improvement to the project quality

system. Ensure that the project quality system is properly established, implemented and maintained and

provided in accordance with international standard and best practices. Liaise with authority subcontractors and external parties on matters relating to the project

system. Verify that the project quality plan established is being properly followed / provided and the

construction works carried out within satisfy contract / customer requirements. Plan and implement the quality control plan for assigned projects. Work procedures shall be prepared and submitted along with the quality plan prior to start of any

activity or applicable work. Along with other QA/QC mangers, responsible and control for selecting / assigning NDT

Subcontractors / NDE Procedures / NDT activities as per project requirements. Responsible for producing welding procedure (PQR/WPS) as per projects requirement. Qualification of welder / welder operator as per code and projects requirement.
