36th Annual Kansas Livestock Foundation Club Calf Sale

Thank you for participating in the 36th Annual Kansas Livestock Foundation (KLF) Club Calf Show and Sale. This sale attracts high-quality club calf projects grown right here in the state of Kansas. It also serves as the major fundraiser for Kansas Livestock Foundation Youth in Agriculture scholarships.

KLF Sale Information • Only the steers and heifers selling will be eligible for the KLF Futurity held at the 2018 Kansas

Junior Livestock Show (KJLS). The top three placing steers and heifers will receive a cash payback. New in 2018 is $500 added money sponsored Crenshaw Club Calves!

• Steers and heifers must remain in the ownership as recorded following the sale on Saturday, September 30, 2017, to be eligible for the Futurity.

• All sale entries will be tissue sampled and ear tagged for permanent identification.

31st Annual Kansas Shorthorn Futurity Sale

The Kansas Shorthorn Futurity has enjoyed a long history of involvement with the KLF Club Calf Show and Sale. Only the steers and heifers sold through this sale are eligible to compete for $6,600 in prize money at the 2018 KJLS. Shorthorn steers and heifers:

• Prize money will be divided equally with cash and buyer certificates, redeemable through the Kansas Shorthorn Futurity Sale for up to two years (2018 and 2019 sales).
