(John was an Employee Service Representative). In my view, John frequently goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service. He has an outstanding ability to change the mood of the situation from bad to positive, perhaps an adept ability to address and resolve the issue at hand and made it seem easy to effectively diffuse a volatile situation. With a focus on first contact resolution, John did an excellent job of addressing callers’ needs and resolving problems. He was able to effectively navigate through the various systems with ease and would ask questions if he was not able to find the information needed to resolve the nature of the call. I found John was always willing to assist fellow co-workers, finding opportunities to help. He is passionate about his work and willing to take on additional projects and assignments. He was an asset.
