Telopea Park Public School
Band visit.
On 25 October, we were fortunate to
have the Telopea Park Public School
Band come to visit us. They played
us many songs and we were able to
join in with some of the activities as
well. Thanks Telopea Park!

Penrose Public School 125th Anniversary - encouraging confidence, responsibility, awareness and adventure.
On 1 November, we were involved in
the global Outdoor Classroom Day.
We took every opportunity during the
day to take our learning outside. This
included working in the garden and
rehearsing for our school play outside.
Thanks to upgraded wi-fi, even our
coding lessons were able to be done
outside, while enjoying the fresh air!
Yoga.
This term, as part of our physical
education program, the students have
been engaging in Yoga lessons.
Learning is fun!
We are continuing to work hard to
achieve our goals this term.
28 November
Aboriginal Cultural Day at Glenquarry Public
School.
We joined with our Bong Bong Community of Schools to enjoy a fun day of
learning at the Aboriginal Cultural Day on 9 November. We learnt about
Wingecarribee traditional dances, how plants can be used for foods and
medicine, and engaged in drawing and sports activities. We got to plant our own
seeds and plants and bring them home with us.
