Yesterday, I viewed a very interesting post that I "tweeted" on June 27, 2015. I was showing people what I knew before "I fell down the rabbit hole". This is referring to Alice in Wonderland, an 1865 novel written by English mathematician Charles Lutwidge Dodgson under the pseudonym Lewis Carroll. It tells of a girl named Alice falling through a rabbit hole into a fantasy world. Pages 5-33 are taken from what I posted at

At this point, enough of us have a clear enough understanding of the extent of the corruption to effect real change. The only other thing I want to report now is that two agents of the Banking Cartel whom I previously "outed" to you attempted to contact me on my email today. I hit the delete button and left their communications unread. The Banking Cartel keeps on overriding my blocks. Any person who thinks they have a role to play in the Global Currency Reset is going to have to convince the rest of humanity. I am not here to substitute my judgment for everyone else's.

Thought you'd be interested in reading my email to a friend which I wrote at the end of 2012 before learning about the Global Debt Facility containing the world's monetary gold reserves, about the second, secret Constitution in the United States, and about the Network of Global Corporate Control.
I just got back home. I had no time to recover from my trip to Europe. The appeals court ignored applicable precedent, and is threatening me with a further decision that I be required to reimburse the lawyers for KPMG, Aetna, and Schreiber if I complain. Europe (and hopefully later the press and the rest of the world) is engaged with US Congress, the States, the exporters, and the FBI in helping US citizens in the fight against foreign corruption in the US. I am trying to build an internal team consisting of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Rhodes scholarship people, and former Rhodes scholars, including Bill Clinton, Richard Lugar and a well-known political scientist. I now have to function in lieu of the World Bank's legal department to try and keep the the World Bank's Board and Board of Governors, the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions, the International Organization of Securities Commissions, and other institutions engaged before things spiral out of control.

I have been in contact with the European Commission, and testified before the European Parliament's Committee on Budgetary Control concerning improper audits of the World Bank. This confirms my request for the EC to bring the IBRD into compliance on the international capital markets by removing my case from the DC Circuit Court of Appeals at this time. If this is not done, the IBRD's credit rating may be affected, and there is likelihood of a currency war.

The governance crisis at the World Bank has only intensified in the intervening years. Last month China boycotted the World Bank's annual meetings. A political science model predicted accurately in 2004 that the US would lose the Gentlemen's Agreement to appoint the World Bank president. The definition of "bring into compliance" means that IBRD has protected the interests of its bondholders by full, true and plain disclosure of all material facts relating to the bonds. IBRD's financial statements must be qualified because IBRD's accountants, lawyers and other securities professionals cannot correct misstatements without retaliation. KPMG circumscribed its audit in contravention of the Auditing Standards issued by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. KPMG must qualify its audit of IBRD's internal control over financial reporting. The first step in bringing IBRD into compliance is for IBRD's Board of Executive Directors to forthrightly determine which of IBRD's processes are flawed and to correct them.

Your Committee has jurisdiction over GAO, which withdrew from an inquiry into corruption at the World Bank requested by Senators Lugar, Leahy and Bayh. Could you all just follow up with GAO again? Perhaps all that is needed at this point is a single phone call? GAO was out of line in complaining that the World Bank refused to cooperate when the World Bank was required to cooperate with GAO under the terms of its protocols with the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions.
