How to prepare:

• Margarine and water put into a pot and boil them. When the mixture is boiling add flour – mix well until you have it all in one mixture. Leave it for some time. When it is cold add the baking powder and eggs one by one and mix well.

IT’S BAKED

• Divide the mixture into two parts and put on two flat baking dishes. Bake them in a very hot oven (250-200 C) for about 25 minutes. The cake has to be light brown (golden) and it really looks like mountains.

Yummy, yummy…• Make the pudding: boil the milk,

while boiling add sugar and vanilla sugar – mix everything. Then when it's boiling add 1/2 glass of milk mixed with the flour and mix it until it's boiling again and it's creamy. Leave it until it's cold. Then take the margarine and mix it with a wooden round thing ( it’s in the picture – I don’t know how it is in English)– one of the ends is round the second you keep in your hand is long ( I don't know how it is called in English), add cold pudding spoon by spoon and mix it. When it's ready it's almost white and delicious.

IT LOOKS REALLY DELICIOUS!

• Put the cream (mixture) on one of the cakes, with the other one cover the mixture. When you like sweet cakes you can put some icing on the top. The easiest icing I make: take some icing sugar, some lemon juice and a little water – mix everything with a wooden "thing" until it's white and creamy, pour it on the top of Karpatka and leave for an hour. It's delicious.
