In order to stimulate and facilitate the consumption of kosher products, the Rabbinate
department of the Jewish Community of Madrid publishes a list of foods that can be
purchased in the national market, and whose ingredients are allowed.
It must be noted that, in order for a product to carry the kosher seal, they must be
controlled from the beginning of the production process to the packaging. Therefore,
only products bearing the seal of an authorized rabbi are considered kosher. But
because there are products whose ingredients are valid, we publish this list, for those
people who are governed by the raw material.

This list includes the products that have been analyzed until June 2019. The brands
that are not yet listed may be added once the necessary controls are carried out and
approved by the Rabbinate of Madrid.

Kasher symbols found in Madrid:
Important: if we add a stamp next to the name of the product, it
means that in order to acquire it, it is required to have the stamp
on the product and it cannot buy the same brand without a seal.
The new products without seal are supervised, although they go on
sale without seal for commercial reasons.
