KATA PENGANTAR

Puji syukur kehadirat Allah SWT, atas perkenan-Nya sehingga Publikasi Statistik

Perusahaan Informasi dan Komunikasi (Infokom) 2018 dapat diselesaikan dan diterbitkan

sesuai dengan waktu yang ditetapkan. Publikasi ini merupakan publikasi tahunan yang

diterbitkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), sebagai hasil dari pelaksanaan Survei

Perusahaan Informasi dan Komunikasi 2018.

Kegiatan Survei Perusahaan Informasi dan Komunikasi ini telah diselenggarakan

sebanyak 7 (tujuh) kali, dimulai sejak 2010 hingga 2015. Pada 2016-2017 survei Infokom

terhenti penyelenggaraannya dikarenakan rasionalisasi anggaran. Kemudian pada tahun

2018, survei ini diselenggarakan kembali dengan cakupan dua sektor usaha yaitu usaha

pemutaran film (bioskop) dan penyelenggaraan portal web/platform digital.

Hasil dari Survei ini terdiri dari 2 (dua) jenis, yaitu statistik bioskop serta statistik

portal web/platform digital. Data statistik yang dihasilkan memberikan gambaran/potret

tentang potensi dan karakteristik usaha bioskop serta portal web/platform digital. Data

ini diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pemerintah, dunia usaha, maupun masyarakat

luas untuk perumusan berbagai kebijakan maupun pengembangan sektor usaha bioskop

dan portal web/platform digital.

Akhirnya saya sampaikan apresiasi dan terima kasih kepada semua pihak yang

terlibat dan telah memberikan dukungan, dari sejak tahap persiapan, pengumpulan data

serta penyajian data, hingga publikasi ini dapat diterbitkan.

PREFACE

Praise the presence of Allah SWT, for His approval so that the Publication of

Information and Communication Establishment Survey 2018 can be completed and

published in accordance with the time set. This publication is an annual publication

published by BPS – Statistics Indonesia, as a result of the implementation of the 2018

Information and Communication Establishment Survey.

This Information and Communication Establishment Survey (Infokom) has been

held 7 (seven) times, starting from 2010 to 2015. In 2016 - 2017 the Infokom survey was

postponed due to budget rationalization. Then in 2018, this survey was held again with a

scope of two establishments, namely the cinema and web portal/digital platform

establishments.

The results of this survey consists of two types, namely statistics cinema and

statistical web portal/digital platform. The statistics resulted from this survey provides

portrait of the potential and characteristics of the cinema and web portal/digital platform

establishments. This data will be usefull as evidence based policy making for the

Government to formulate various policies, and to the private business areas and the wider

community for the development of cinema and web portal/digital platform business

sectors.

Finally, I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to all parties

involved and have provided support, from the stage of preparation, data collection and

presentation of data, until this publication can be published.

1.1 Gambaran Umum

Survei Perusahaan Informasi dan

Komunikasi (Infokom) 2018 merupakan survei

tahunan yang dilaksanakan oleh Sub

Direktorat Statistik Komunikasi dan Teknologi

Informasi, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Survei

Infokom 2018 ini mencakup 2 kategori, yaitu

pendataan usaha/perusahaan bioskop dan

portal web/platform digital.

Dalam Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha

Indonesia (KBLI) 2015, kegiatan bioskop dan

platform digital dicakup dalam kategori J

(Informasi dan Komunikasi). Kegiatan ini

meliputi dua usaha, yaitu: a) usaha pemutaran

film; b) usaha portal web dan/platform digital

dengan tujuan komersial.

Urgensi dari survei Infokom 2018 ini yaitu

untuk menyediakan potret dan gambaran

potensi dan perkembangan usaha di bidang

bioskop maupun portal web/platform digital.

Data strategis yang dihasilkan, dapat

digunakan oleh pemerintah, dunia usaha, dan

masyarakat luas untuk perumusan berbagai

kebijakan, perencanaan, alat monitoring dan

evaluasi serta untuk melakukan penelitian

ilmiah terkait dengan bidang informasi dan

komunikasi. Sedangkan tujuan dari survei

Infokom 2018 ini yaitu:

1.1 General Description

The Information and Communication

Business Survey 2018 (Infokom is an annual

survey conducted by the Sub Directorate of

Communication and Information Technology

Statistics, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS).

The Infokom 2018 Survey covers 2 categories,

namely data collection on cinema business

and digital platform web portal business.

In the Indonesia Standard Industrial

Classification (ISIC) 2015, cinemas and digital

platform activities are covered by the category

J (Information and Communication). The

activities include two businesses, namely: a)

film business; b) business web portals

and/digital platforms for commercial purposes

The urgency of the Infokom 2018 survey

is to provide portraits and descriptions of the

potential and development of businesses in

the field of cinemas and digital

platform/portal web. The resulting data

structure, can be used by the government,

business, and the wider community for the

formulation of various policies, planning,

monitoring tools and contributing to

conducting certain scientific research with the

field of Information and communication. While

the objectives of the Infokom 2018 survey are:

a) menyediakan database statistik bioskop

dan statistik portal web/platform digital

yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh stakeholder

internal dan eksternal BPS,

b) mendukung penyusunan Supply Use Table

(SUT), PDB Infokom, profil usaha Bioskop,

serta profil usaha portal web/platform

digital.

c) menyusun berbagai kajian ilmiah yang

terkait dengan bidang informasi dan

komunikasi.

Hasil dari pendataan Survei Infokom 2018

disajikan dalam Publikasi Infokom 2018 yang

disusun secara sistematis sebagai berikut:

(a) Bab 1 Pendahuluan menyajikan gambaran

singkat tentang pelaksanaan survei

infokom 2018 yang terdiri dari gambaran

umum, metode pengumpulan data, ruang

lingkup, serta konsep definisi.

(b) Bab 2 Profil Perusahaan Portal

Web/platform digital menyajikan informasi

tentang ringkasan eksekutif, gambaran

umum usaha portal web/platform digital,

profil usaha portal web/platform digital,

kumpulan data statistik portal

web/platform digital.

(c) Bab 3 Profil Usaha Bioskop menyajikan

informasi tentang ringkasan eksekutif

usaha bioskop, profil usaha bioskop, dan

kumpulan data statistik bioskop.

1.2 Metode Pengumpulan Data

Data perusahaan teknologi informasi dan

komunikasi yang disajikan dalam publikasi ini

bersumber dari hasil pencacahan survei

perusahaan yang mencakup usaha bioskop

dan portal web/platform digital. Survei ini

dilaksanakan oleh BPS RI, BPS Provinsi, dan

BPS Kabupaten/Kota. Masa pencacahan

dilakukan secara serentak di 29 provinsi

Indonesia pada bulan Maret-April 2018.

Pencacahan melalui 2 (dua) cara yaitu

secara sensus dan sampel di 29 provinsi di

Indonesia. Pencacahan secara sensus

dilakukan pada perusahaan bioskop.

Pencacahan secara sampel dilakukan

untuk perusahaan platform digital.

1.2 Data Collecting Method

Statistics of information and

communications technology in this publication

are derived from the results of the data

collection from the establishment based

survey which is covered the establishment of

cinema and platform digital. This survey is

conducted by BPS RI, BPS Provinces and BPS

Regency/City. Enumeration period was

conducted simultaneously throughout 29

provinsi Indonesia in the mid of 2018.

Enumeration conducted by two (2) types,

census for certain establishment, and sample

for some categories of establishment in

twenty nine provinces in Indonesia. The census

data collection is conducted on cinema

establishment.

Meanwhile, the sampling data collection

is done for the digital platform establishment.

Metode penarikan sampel yang

digunakan adalah purposive berdasarkan dua

kerangka sampel, yaitu perusahaan bioskop

dan portal web/platform digital.

Kerangka sampel bioskop diperoleh dari

Direktori Pusat Pengembangan Perfilman,

Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan,

serta sumber lain yaitu internet.

Kerangka sampel perusahaan portal

web/platform digital dibentuk daftar usaha

portal web/platform digital dari Kementrian

Komunikasi dan Informatika, daftar usaha dari

asosiasi seperti idea (Indonesian E-Commerce

Association), serta dari sumber lain yaitu

internet.

Klasifikasi yang digunakan merujuk pada

Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia

(KBLI) 2015 Kategori J (Informasi dan

Komunikasi) dengan KBLI 59140 (Aktivitas

Produksi Gambar Bergerak, Video dan

Program Televisi, Perekaman Suara dan

Penerbitan Musik), dan 63122 (Aktivitas portal

Web dan/ platform digital dengan tujuan

komersial).

Alokasi sampel perusahaan/usaha

informasi dan komunikasi menurut kelompok

usaha bioskop dan penyedia portal

web/platform digital di setiap provinsi masing-

masing sebanyak 263 usaha bioskop dan 56

usaha portal web/platform digital.

Sampling method by using purposive

based on two sample frames, they are cinema

and digital platform services establishment

sampling frame.

Sampling frame of the cinema activities is

formed from the Directory of the Film Industry

Development Directorate, Ministry of

Education and culture, and other sources such

as the internet.

The digital platform establishment

sample framework is formed from the

information and communication sector

business directory which has a digital

web/platform portal from the Ministry of

Communication and Information, business

listings of associations such as ideas

(Indonesian E-Commerce Association), and

from other sources such as the internet.

Classification that is used in this

publication refers to the Standard Industrial

Classification of Indonesia (ISIC) 2015 Category

J (Information and Communication) with ISIC

59140 (Motion Image Production, Video and

Television Program, Voice Recording and

Music Publishing), and 63122 (Web portal

and/digital platform with commercial

purposes).

The sample allocation of information and

communication establishments according to

the cinema business group and the provider of

digital web/platform portals in each province

for Cinema totaled 263 Cinemas and web

portals 56 digital platforms.

1.3 RUANG LINGKUP

Pencacahan perusahaan Informasi dan

Komunikasi dilaksanakan oleh para petugas

BPS baik BPS Pusat, BPS Provinsi maupun BPS

Kabupaten/Kota. Dengan mempertimbangkan

lokasi keberadaan perusahaan Informasi dan

Komunikasi 2018, terpilih sejumlah

kabupaten/kota di 29 provinsi yang sebagian

besar adalah ibukota provinsi. Beberapa

provinsi yang tidak termasuk dalam survei

Infokom 2018 yaitu provinsi Aceh, Kalimantan

Utara, Sulawesi Barat, Maluku Utara, dan

Papua Barat.

Dalam publikasi ini data yang disajikan

meliputi:

1. Bioskop meliputi: banyaknya tiket terjual,

kapasitas tempat duduk, negara asal film,

dan lain-lain.

2. Perusahaan platform digital meliputi:

jumlah pengakses, rata-rata lama akses per

pengakses, persentase pengakses menurut

media yang digunakan, jumlah iklan yang

terpasang di portal web dan atau platform

digital, dan lain-lain.

1.3 SCOPE

The enumeration for the Survey of

Information and Communication Technology

conducted by the BPS officers either BPS

Province or BPS District/City. In consideration

of the location of Information and

Communication 2018 establishments, number

of districts/cities are selected in 29 provinces

that mostly in the provincial capital. Some

provinces that are not included in the 2018

Infokom survey are the provinces of Aceh,

North Kalimantan, West Sulawesi, North

Maluku, and West Papua.

Data statistics presented In the

publication cover:

1. Cinemas include: the number of tickets sold,

seating capacity, country of origin of the

film, and others.

2. Platform digital establishments include:

number of user, the average duration of

users to access internet number of

advertisement on platform digital, and

others.

1.4 KONSEP DAN DEFINISI

Untuk memudahkan dalam memahami

istilah-istilah dalam publikasi ini, berikut

merupakan konsep dan definisi yang

digunakan:

1. Perusahaan ialah setiap bentuk usaha

yang menjalankan jenis usaha yang

bersifat tetap, terus menerus, serta

didirikan, bekerja dan berkedudukan di

wilayah Indonesia untuk tujuan

memperoleh keuntungan dan/atau laba.

2. Usaha ialah suatu kegiatan ekonomi yang

bertujuan menghasilkan barang/jasa

untuk diperjualbelikan atau ditukar

dengan barang lain, dan ada seorang atau

lebih yang bertanggung jawab/

menanggung risiko.

3. Badan usaha ialah kesatuan yuridis

(hukum), teknis, dan ekonomi yang

bertujuan mencari laba atau keuntungan.

4. Badan Hukum ialah bentuk pengesahan

suatu perusahaan pada waktu pendirian

1.4. CONCEPT AND DEFINITION

To help understanding the terms in this

publication, the following concepts and

definitions are used:

1. Establishment is any form of business

that conduct the type of business that is

permanent, continuous, and established,

working, and domiciled in the territory of

Indonesia, for the purpose of gain and/or

profit.

2. Business is an economic activity that aims

to produce goods/services to be traded or

exchanged for other goods, and there are

one person or more that is

responsible/bear the risk.

3. Business entity is a juridical entity (law),

technical, and economic aims for profit or

gain.

4. Legal Entity is a form of a establishment

endorsement at the time of

establishment conducted by government

authorities reinforced with written proof

or certificate.

Hukum ialah usaha yang modalnya

dipisahkan seperti: PT, Koperasi, dan

Yayasan.

Badan usaha yang disebut bukan

Badan Hukum ialah usaha yang

modalnya tidak dipisah seperti: CV,

Firma (Fa), dan Perorangan.

Bentuk Badan hukum/usaha:

- Perseroan Terbatas (PT):

Perusahaan yang berstatus badan

hukum, didirikan dengan modal

yang terbagi dalam saham-saham

dan pemegang saham bertanggung

jawab terbatas pada nilai nominal

Commanditaire Venootschap (CV):

Perusahaan yang memiliki 2 (dua)

pemodal atau lebih yang terdiri dari

sekutu aktif dan sekutu pasif.

- Sekutu aktif ialah sekutu yang

bertanggung jawab memberikan

modal (uang) dan tenaganya untuk

kelangsungan perusahaan.

Sedangkan sekutu pasif hanya

menyetorkan modalnya saja.

- Firma: Perusahaan yang memiliki 2

(dua) pemodal atau lebih yang

masing-masing merupakan sekutu

aktif. Para sekutu harus

- Firm: Establishment that have two (2)

or more investors that each of them

is active ally. The allies must submit

their wealth as stated in the deed of

establishment.

- Foundation: A legal entity that has

separated property. The purpose of

establishment focused on social

enterprises and not for profit.

- Special permission from the related

institutions: permit issued by the

related department/instance, both

official provincial and city-level

departments/districts to

establishments/enterprises to

conduct business activities.

- Individual: A business activity is

handled on an individual basis or

more without any form of legal

entity.

5. Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha

Indonesia (KBLI) merupakan klasifikasi

baku mengenai kegiatan ekonomi yang

terdapat di Indonesia yang dirinci

menurut kategori. KBLI hanya

mengelompokkan unit produksi menurut

kegiatan ekonomi, tidak membedakan

unit produksi menurut kepemilikan, jenis

badan hukum, formal atau informal.

6. Kategori merupakan garis pokok

penggolongan kegiatan ekonomi.

Penggolongan ini diberi kode satu digit

dengan kode alfabet. Dalam KBLI seluruh

kegiatan ekonomi di Indonesia

digolongkan menjadi 18 kategori.

Kategori-kategori tersebut diberi kode

huruf A sampai dengan Q, dan X sebagai

kegiatan yang belum jelas batasannya.

7. Kegiatan pemutaran film mencakup

usaha penyelenggara pemutaran fim atau

video tape di bioskop, di ruang terbuka

atau di tempat pemutaran film lainnya,

dan kegiatan kelab cinema yang dikelola

baik oleh pemerintah maupun swasta,

misalnya 21, XXI, Blitzmegaplex.

8. Bioskop ialah pertunjukkan yang

diperlihatkan dengan gambar (film) yang

disorot sehingga dapat bergerak. Bioskop

juga diartikan sebagai tempat untuk

menonton pertunjukkan film dengan

menggunakan layar lebar. Gambar film

diproyeksikan ke layar menggunakan

proyektor.

5. Indonesian Standard Industrial

Classification (ISIC) is the standard

classification of economic activities

located in Indonesia which is specified by

category. ISIC simply classifies production

units based on economic activity and

does not distinguish production units

based on ownership, type of legal entity,

formal or informal.

6. Category is a basic outline classification

of economic activities. This classification

is given one-digit code with the code

alphabet. In ISIC all economic activities in

Indonesia are classified into 18

categories. These categories were coded

letters A to Q, and X as undefined

activities.

7. Motion picture activities include business

for motion picture or video tape playback

in cinemas, in the open air or in other

motion picture place and cinema clubs

activities are managed either by the

government or private individual. For

example 21, XXI, Blitzmegaplex.

8. Cinema is a show that is shown with the

image (film) highlighted so it can move.

Cinema also be interpreted as a place to

watch shows using a wide screen movies,

where film images projected onto a

screen using a projector.

h. Bioskop kelas satu ialah bioskop yang

mendapat jatah pemutaran film

terlebih dahulu yaitu sesuai dengan

tanggal sebuah film dirilis.

i. Bioskop Kelas Dua ialah bioskop yang

mendapat jatah pemutaran film setelah

tanggal sebuah film dirilis.

j. Bioskop Kelas Tiga ialah bioskop yang

mendapat jatah pemutaran film setelah

bioskop kelas dua.

k. Penyelenggaraan jasa telekomunikasi

ialah kegiatan penyediaan dan atau

pelayanan jasa telekomunikasi yang

memungkinkan terselenggaranya

telekomunikasi.

l. Portal Web/Platform digital ialah

usaha jasa pelayanan yang

menyediakan ke gerbang utama dari

pusat enterprise knowledge yang

merupakan hasil pengolahan data dan

informasi, sehingga dapat

dipergunakan sebagai bahan dalam

pengambilan keputusan.

m. Website ialah suatu koleksi dokumen

HTML, pribadi atau perusahaan dalam

server web.

n. Akses ialah kegiatan mengambil atau

menyimpan data dari atau ke memori

atau disk drive.

h. First Run is the cinema that gets a

screening in advance which in

accordance with the date a movie was

released.

i. Second Run is the cinema that gets a

screening of the film after the release

date of a movie.

j. Third Run is the cinema that gets a

screening of the film after second run.

k. The operation of telecommunications

services is the activity of providing and

or telecommunication services that

enable the implementation of

telecommunications.

l. Web Portal/Digital Platform is a

service business that provides the main

gate of the central enterprise

knowledge which is the result of data

and information processing, so that it

can be used as an ingredient in decision

making.

n. Access is the activity of retrieving or

storing data from or to memory or disk

2. Distribusi perusahaan portal web/platform digital mayoritas berada di Provinsi DKI Jakarta yaitu sebesar 58,82 persen.

Dengan merangkul kekuatan dari

platform digital, perusahaan di seluruh lini

sektor industri menangkap peluang baru

Model bisnis baru beserta ekosistem

pendukungnya saat ini menjadi penggerak

Survei perusahaan portal

web/platform digital pada tahun 2017,

merupakan survei perdana yang

memfokuskan pendataan di wilayah pulau

Jawa. Sebagai studi awal (benchmark)

mayoritas perusahaan berada di wilayah

ibukota negara Republik Indonesia, yakni

sebesar 58,82 persen perusahaan yang

menjadi sampel survei berada di Provinsi

DKI Jakarta. Sisanya sebesar 41,18 persen

tersebar di provinsi lainnya yaitu Jawa

Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, dan

Banten.

2.3 ESTABLISHMENT PROFILE

A survey of the web portal/digital

platform establishment in 2017, is the first

survey focussing on data collection in the

island of Java. As an initial study, the

majority of establishments are in the

capital city of the Republic of Indonesia,

selama tahun 2017, akses terlama

MEDIA UNTUK MENGAKSES PORTAL


Akses internet dapat dilakukan

dengan menggunakan berbagai media

yang ada. Media yang digunakan adalah

pc/laptop, tablet, dan ponsel. Dari

keseluruhan sampel terpilih, ponsel

memperoleh persentase tertinggi sebagai

media yang paling banyak digunakan

untuk mengakses portal web/platform

digital yaitu sebesar 55,72 persen.

Kemudian diikuti oleh PC/Laptop sebesar

35,78 persen dan Tablet sebesar 8,50

persen. Tingginya akses internet melalui

ponsel ini didorong oleh banyaknya

perangkat dengan harga terjangkau di

pasaran.

MEDIA TO ACCESS WEB PORTAL/DIGITAL

PLATFORM ESTABLISHMENT

Internet access is easy to do using

various existing media. The media to

access are pc/laptop, tablet, or

mobilephone. Of the total sample

selected, mobile phone obtain the highest

percentage as the most widely used media

to access the web portal, which is 55,72

percent. Then followed by PC/Laptop as

much as 35,78 percent and Tablets as

much as 8,50 percent. The high internet

access through mobile phone is driven by

number of affordable devices on the

market.

Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh,

dari keseluruhan sampel perusahaan

portal web/platform digital yang terpilih

sebagai sampel lebih dari separuh atau

sebanyak 55,88 persen perusahaan portal

web/platform digital memiliki pengguna

aktif/member kurang dari 10 ribu

pengguna. Proporsi perusahaan portal

web/platform digital yang memiliki

pengguna aktif antara 10 ribu hingga 100

ribu hanya sebesar 29,41 persen dan

pengguna lebih dari 100 ribu hanya 14,71

persen.

Based on the results obtained, from

the entire sample of web portal/digital

samples, it can be concluded that more

than half or as much as 55,88 percent of

Pemasangan iklan sangat penting

dilakukan untuk meningkatkan jumlah

pengunjung dan pengguna suatu portal

web. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa

sebanyak 47,36 persen perusahaan portal

web/platform digital memiliki jumlah iklan

yang terpasang kurang dari 10 iklan.

Sementara sisanya yakni sebanyak

masing-masing 26,32 persen memiliki

Advertising or advertising is very

important to increase the number of

visitor and users of web portal. The result

of the survey shows that total of 47,36

percent of web portal/digital platform

establishments have less than 10

advertising installed. While the remaining

26,32 percent each have around 10-100

advertisements and more than 100

advertisements.

ELEKTRONIK PERUSAHAAN

Perusahaan portal web/platform

digital perlu melakukan pengembangan

situs untuk meningkatkan kualitas

pelayanan. Pembangun/pengembang

situs atau sistem elektronik tersebut

dapat dilakukan oleh hanya perusahaan

sendiri, perusahaan lain di dalam negeri,

perusahaan lain di luar negeri, atau

kombinasinya dari dua bahkan ketiganya.

Berdasarkan hasil survei, diperoleh bahwa

pengembang sistem elektronik

perusahaan didominasi oleh perusahaan

sendiri dengan persentase sebesar 79,41

persen. Perusahaan yang juga memiliki

pengembang dari perusahaan lain di

dalam negeri memiliki proporsi sebesar

20,59 persen dan perusahaan lain di luar

negeri sebesar 14,71 persen.

ELECTRONIC SYSTEM DEVELOPER OF WEB


ESTABLISHMENT

Web portal/digital platform

electronic system developer can be carried

out by only from the intern of

establishment itself, other establishments

in the country, other establishments

abroad, or a combination of two or even

these three. Based on the results of the

survey, it was found that overall electronic

system developers of web portal/digital

platform establishments were dominated

by the establishment itself with a

percentage of 79,41 percent.

Establishment that also have developers

from other establishments in the country

have a proportion of 20,59 percent and

other establishments abroad as much as

14,71 percent.

LOKASI PENEMPATAN DATA CENTER

DKI Jakarta menjadi provinsi lokasi

penempatan data center terbanyak.

Sebanyak 55,60 persen usaha portal

web/platform digital memiliki lokasi

penempatan data center di DKI Jakarta.

Sedangkan Jawa Barat dan Jawa Tengah

menempati posisi kedua dan ketiga

dengan masing-masing sebesar 14,80 dan

11,10 persen.

DATA CENTER PLACEMENT LOCATION

DKI Jakarta is the province with the

most data center location. As many as

55.60 percent of web portal/digital

platform establishments have data center

placement locations in DKI Jakarta. While

West Java and Central Java occupy the

second and third positions with

respectively 14.80 and 11.10 percent.

Mayoritas tenaga kerja usaha/


berpendidikan sarjana, yaitu 73,15

persen. Hanya sebagian kecil tenaga kerja

yang berpendidikan SMA ke bawah (9,03

persen), diploma (11,64 persen), dan

pascasarjana (6,18 persen).

Sementara hanya 3,17 persen yang

3.1 Ringkasan Eksekutif 1. Response rate survei usaha

bioskop tahun 2018 sebesar 98,1 persen.

2. Pada tahun 2017 terdapat 258 usaha bioskop di Indonesia di mana 70,54 persen berada di Pulau Jawa. Dari 34 provinsi, terdapat 5 provinsi yang tidak memiliki bioskop, yaitu: Provinsi Aceh, Kalimantan Utara, Sulawesi Barat, Maluku Utara, dan Papua Barat.

3. Usaha bioskop tahun 2017 mempunyai layar/studio sebanyak 1.396 layar.

3.1 PROFIL USAHA BIOSKOP

JUMLAH BIOSKOP

Di tahun 2017, terdapat 258 bioskop

yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Dari

34 provinsi, terdapat 5 provinsi yang tidak

memiliki bioskop, yaitu: Provinsi Aceh,

Kalimantan Utara, Sulawesi Barat, Maluku

Utara, dan Papua Barat.

Dari 258 bioskop, sebanyak 238

merupakan bioskop yang tergabung

dalam bioskop jaringan, seperti Cineplex

21 Group, CGV, Cinemaxx, dan Platinum.

Sedangkan 20 lainnya merupakan bioskop

non jaringan/ independen.

Pada tahun 2017, telah dibuka 40

bioskop baru, dengan total layar 222 dan

kapasitas tempat duduk 33.172 kursi.

3.1 CINEMA PROFILE

NUMBER OF CINEMA

In 2017, there were 258 cinemas in

Indonesia. Of the 34 provinces, there

are 5 provinces that have no cinemas,

namely: Aceh, Kalimantan Utara,

Sulawesi Barat, Maluku Utara, and

Papua Barat Province.

Of the 258 cinemas, 238 are

cinemas that are members of network

cinemas, such as Cineplex 21 Group,

In 2017, 40 new cinemas have

adalah PT/Persero sebesar 97,93 persen,

sedangkan sisanya adalah bioskop dengan

badan usaha izin khusus dari instansi

terkait 0,83 persen dan badan usaha

lainnya seperti CV dan perorangan 1,24

persen. Menurut jenis bioskop, bioskop

jaringan berbadan usaha PT/Persero

sebesar 99,55 persen dan izin khusus dari

instansi terkait sebesar 0,45 persen,

Bioskop yang mulai beroperasi

persen, antara tahun 2010–2014 sebesar

sebesar 38,27 persen. Menurut jenis

bioskop, baik bioskop jaringan maupun

bioskop non jaringan lebih banyak mulai

beroperasi antara tahun 2015-2017 yaitu

METODE PENJUALAN TIKET

Semakin berkembangnya teknologi

juga berdampak pada cara pemesanan

tiket. Dulu pemesanan hanya dapat

dilakukan di bioskop, namun sekarang

dapat menggunakan internet, baik melalui

website ataupun aplikasi.

Sebanyak 241 dari 258 bioskop

menjawab pertanyaan mengenai

penjualan tiket secara manual dan

seluruhnya masih menerapkan metode

penjualan tiket secara manual di loket

pembelian tiket.

Sedangkan 238 dari 258 bioskop

menjawab pertanyaan mengenai

penjualan tiket secara elektronik/online.

Sebanyak 94,54 persen melakukan

penjualan tiket secara elektronik/online.

TICKET SALES METHOD

The development of technology also

tickets. Previously, reservations could only

be done in cinemas locket, but now the

reservation can be done by internet, either

through the website or application.

241 of the 258 cinemas answered

questions about manual ticket sales and

all of them still applied the method of

selling tickets manually at the cinema

locket.

While 238 of the 258 theaters answer

questions about ticket sales electronically/

online. As many as 94.54% of them are

selling tickets electronically/online.

TENAGA KERJA

Mayoritas bioskop di Indonesia

memiliki tenaga kerja antara 20-50 orang,

yaitu sebesar 57,36 persen. Selanjutnya,

31,01 persen bioskop memiliki tenaga

kerja kurang dari 20 orang. Sedangkan

bioskop dengan tenaga kerja lebih dari 50

orang hanya sebesar 11,63 persen.

Industri aktivitas pemutaran film

pada tahun 2017 paling banyak

memperoleh pendapatan dari kegiatan

utamanya lebih dari 2,5 miliar sampai

dengan 50 miliar yaitu sebesar 71,19

persen. Sedangkan bioskop yang

memperoleh pendapatan lebih dari 300

juta sampai dengan 2,5 miliar sebesar

23,31 persen, sebesar 4,24 persen

memiliki pendapatan utama 300 juta

kebawah, dan hanya 1,27 persen dengan

pendapatan utama diatas 50 miliar.

tahun 2017 sebanyak 237.338 kursi,

dengan bioskop jaringan sebanyak

224.437 kursi (94,56%) dan bioskop non-

Based on the type of cinema, the

Jumlah penonton bioskop di

Indonesia selama tahun 2017 adalah

100.494.581 penonton. Sebagian besar di

antaranya menonton di bioskop jaringan,

yaitu 96,53 persen, sedangkan sisanya

3,47 persen menonton di bioskop non-

jaringan.

Pada Tabel 3.2.3 terlihat bahwa pada

tahun 2017, jumlah penonton di suatu

bioskop paling sedikit adalah 4.000

penonton, sedangkan jumlah penonton di

suatu bioskop paling banyak adalah

during 2017 was 100,494,581. Most of

them watched the movies in network

cinema network, which was 96.53

percent, while the remaining 3.47 percent

watched the movies in non-network

cinemas.

Table 3.2.3 shows that in 2017, the

least number of moviegoers in a cinema

was 4,000, while the most number of

moviegoers in a cinema was 1,487,130.

On average, the number of moviegoers in

Pada survei Infokom 2018 hanya

ditanyakan jumlah judul film yang diputar

oleh masing-masing bioskop, tanpa

menyebutkan judul filmnya. Data

mengenai jumlah judul film yang diputar

di bioskop bisa diperoleh dari Lembaga

Sensor Film Indonesia, yaitu data jumlah

judul film bioskop yang lulus sensor.

NUMBER OF MOVIES

In the Infokom 2018 survey only

asked the number of movie titles played

by each cinema, without mentioning the

title of the film. Data on the number of

movie titles in cinemas can be obtained

from the Indonesian Film Censorship

Agency, namely data on the number of

movie titles that passed the sensor.

Pada 2017, jumlah film yang paling

sedikit 6 judul film diputar oleh suatu

bioskop. Sedangkan jumlah judul film

terbanyak yang diputar adalah 1.200 judul

film. Secara rata-rata, sebuah bioskop

memutar sebanyak 158 judul film. Rata-

rata jumlah judul film yang diputar pada

bioskop jaringan adalah 162 judul film

pada bioskop jaringan, dan 111 judul film

pada bioskop non-jaringan.

PEMUTARAN FILM MENURUT GENRE

Judul film yang diputar

dikelompokkan menjadi berbagai genre.

Dari 258 bioskop, tidak semua bioskop

menjawab pertanyaan film yang diputar

menurut genre.

Seluruh bioskop menayangkan film

bergenre drama, tetapi terdapat bioskop

yang tidak menayangkan genre komedi,

thriller, fantasi, aksi, horor, animasi, dan

genre lainnya. Jumlah minimum film

masing-masing genre yang diputar adalah

sebanyak satu judul film. Dari seluruh

genre, film bergenre drama adalah yang

paling banyak diputar, yaitu 400 judul

film.

MOVIES SCREENED BY GENRE

The movie titles are classified into

several movie genres. Of the 258 cinemas,

not all cinemas answer question about

movies played by genre.

All cinema screened drama genre

movies, but there are cinemas that did not

show comedy, thriller, fantasy, action,

horror, animation and other genres. The

that plays is one movie title. Of all genres,

drama genre are the most widely

Bioskop di Indonesia cenderung

memutar film bergenre drama yang

ditunjukkan dengan 24,38 persen dari

pemutaran film adalah bergenre drama.

Pemutaran film terbanyak berikutnya

yaitu genre aksi, dengan persentase 23,70

persen dari seluruh pemutaran film.

Sedangkan genre yang paling sedikit

diputar adalah genre lainnya, seperti

science fiction dan film biografi.

Secara umum, pola pemutaran

genre film menurut pulau adalah sama

dengan pola Indonesia, kecuali Pulau

Kalimantan dan Sulawesi. Genre yang

paling banyak diputar di kedua pulau

tersebut adalah genre aksi.

Film yang diputar di bioskop

Indonesia berasal dari dalam negeri dan

juga impor. Dari 258 bioskop, tidak semua

bioskop menjawab pertanyaan film yang

diputar menurut asal negara.

Pada tahun 2017, seluruh bioskop

memutar film Indonesia, dengan jumlah

paling sedikit 4 judul film. Di sisi lain,

terdapat beberapa bioskop yang tidak

memutar film impor.

Film Amerika paling sedikit

ditayangkan 2 judul film. Sementara film

Eropa, China/Hongkong, India, dan

lainnya ditayangkan minimum 1 judul

film. Dari seluruh asal negara, film

Indonesia adalah yang paling banyak

diputar yaitu sebanyak 600 judul film.

MOVIES BY COUNTRY OF ORIGIN

Movies played on cinema came from

domestic and also imported. Of the 258

cinemas, not all cinemas answered

question about movies by country of

origin.

In 2017, all cinemas played

Indonesian films, with at least 4 movie

titles. On the other hand, there are several

cinemas that do not play imported films.

American movies are shown at least 2

movie titles. While movies from Europe,

China / Hong Kong, India and others

played a minimum of 1 movie title. Of all

country origins, Indonesian movies are the

most widely screened, with 600 movie

titles.

Pemutaran film berdasarkan asal

negaranya menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas

film yang diputar di bioskop Indonesia

berasal dari Amerika yaitu 51,79 persen.

Persentase terbesar kedua adalah

pemutaran film Indonesia sebesar 39,94

persen. Sedangkan film asal negara

lainnya meliputi film dari Jepang, Korea,

dan Thailand sebesar 1,66 persen.

Film screenings based on their

HARGA TIKET BIOSKOP

Harga tiket bioskop biasanya

dibedakan menurut hari, yaitu Senin s.d

Kamis, Jumat, dan Sabtu/Minggu/Libur.

Selain itu, harga tiket juga berbeda

menurut kelas bioskop, seperti kelas

regular, deluxe, maupun kelas premium.

Data yang ditampilkan merupakan data

harga tiket seluruh bioskop, tanpa

membedakan kelas. Harga tertinggi ada

pada hari Sabtu/Minggu/Libur.

CINEMA TICKET PRICES

Cinema ticket prices are usually

3.3 TENAGA KERJA

Jumlah tenaga kerja bioskop pada

tahun 2017 sebanyak 7.630 orang. Dari

seluruh tenaga kerja, sebanyak 92,27

persen bekerja di bioskop jaringan,

sedangkan sisanya 7,73 persen bekerja di

bioskop non-jaringan. Hal ini sebanding

dengan jumlah bioskop di mana mayoritas

bioskop di Indonesia adalah bioskop

jaringan.

Tidak ada tenaga kerja asing pada

usaha bioskop.

3.3 WORKERS

The number of cinema workers in

2017 was 7,630 people. 92.27 percent of

them work in the network cinema, while

the remaining 7.73 percent work in non-

network cinemas. This is in line to the

number of cinemas where the majority of

cinemas in Indonesia are network

cinemas.

There are no foreign workers in the

cinema business.

JENIS KELAMIN

Secara umum, tenaga kerja bioskop

hampir sebanding antara laki-laki dan

perempuan, di mana persentase tenaga

kerja laki-laki 56,06 persen dan

perempuan 43,94 persen. Pola yang sama

juga terlihat pada jenis bioskop jaringan,

yaitu tenaga kerja laki-laki 55,57 persen

dan perempuan 44,43 persen. Untuk

bioskop non-jaringan, terlihat bahwa

tenaga kerja laki-laki lebih mendominasi,

yaitu 61,53 persen. Sedangkan tenaga

kerja perempuan sekitar 38,47 persen.

GENDER

In general, cinema workers is almost

the same between male and female,

where the percentage of male worker was

56.06 percent and female worker was

43.94 percent. The same pattern was also

seen in cinema network, namely male

worker 55.57 percent and female worker

44.43 percent. For non-network cinemas,

it can be seen that male worker

dominates, namely 61.53 percent. While

female workers was around 38.47

percent.

TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN

Mayoritas tenaga kerja usaha bioskop

berpendidikan SMA/SMK sederajat dan ke

atas, yaitu 98,42 persen. Hanya sebagian

kecil tenaga kerja yang berpendidikan

SMP sederajat dan ke bawah. Hal ini juga

terjadi baik di jenis bioskop jaringan

maupun bioskop non-jaringan.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

The majority of the cinema workers

were graduated from senior high school /

vocational high school equivalent and

above, that is 98.42 percent. Only a small

number of workers were graduated from

junior high school equivalent and under.

This also happens both in network

cinemas and non-network cinemas.
