as a place of spiritual reflection. Pairing individualized services with a residential community

committed to design a space using different elements which posse an innate richness and

excite an environment in order to inspire creativity and to think deeply fostering engagement

and innovation.

Using a left brain , right brain concept.

The left side of brain being more

analytical, the floor plan represents

literal space designed for basic living.

Rooms like the clinic and communal

center for gatherings. The right brain

being more creative, gave the second

floor more activity space. Rooms

included are the gymnasium, music

room and art space.

Waking up to the beat of the drum that we know as

downtown Atlanta, brings a sense of self

awareness. Being aware of one’s self and its

surrounding Creates A Mode Of Independence. By

living in the center of the city our residents will have

direct access to recreation and mass transit. Our facility

will provide on site treatment therapy and skill

development courses. These conditions create a highly

active lifestyle that will allow our residents to feel one

with the community! All too often we see shelters and

group homes placed in areas that can seem secluded

and shut out from the rest! We wanted to create a

space where our residents can show of a SENSE OF

PRIDE and have an overall quality of life!

When we think of home we think of a safe haven. A home provides a foundation for one to build. By living in the center

of the city, brings a sense of self awareness. Being aware of one’s self and its surrounding creates a mode of

independence. Home is more than just four walls it’s who we are, it’s what we will be, and it’s where we are going!
