What is wrong with this skills matrix story?
WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY STORY?

Not enough context to set me up for the story Task not explained clearly Use of “team speak” Insufficient detail on the action – this should be 60% of the story Insignificant result No link!

Team-work
UBC 20-Year Sustainability Strategy
UBC aimed to develop a long-term strategy on sustainability to guide operational, teaching, and community planning decisions.
I worked cross-functionally with 19 external stakeholders, professors, operational staff, and fellow students over the course of 6 months.
I edited the strategy drafts in preparation for each meeting. I attended monthly discussions to develop a strategy that balanced the needs of all stakeholders, and through participation in discussions, I ensured that student interests were taken into consideration.
The final strategy was approved by UBC in December 2014.
I learned the value of first understanding the goals and needs of my team members in order to work with them effectively.
PEER REVIEW!

HOW IS THIS GOING TO WORK? Form groups of 3: 1 interviewer 1 applicant 1 notetaker

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? What is the storyteller missing from their story? Is it specific enough? What questions do you have? What is confusing? Is the skill relevant? Are there step-by-step actions? Is the story appropriate for an interview? Do they have any obstacles as a task?
