The article devoted to researching of image of personified death in Celtic mythology and its transformation under influence of distribution Christianity in the Middle Ages. WHO SUCH CRIMINAL RECIDIVIST? SOCIAL AND LEGAL RESEARCH OF THE PERSONALITY

The state and dynamics of recurrent crime coincides with the general crime. According to official statistics recidivists commit every fourth crime. Article is devoted to studying of the identity of criminals recidivists. The author believes that the comprehensive analysis and studying of the identity of recidivists, certainly, will allow modern law-enforcement system to define the main directions of fight and the prevention of recurrent crime. INTER-ETHNIC MARRIAGES IN THE REPUBLIC OF TATARSTAN: PROTECTING ETHNIC BOUNDARIES

The article analyzes the phenomenon of contradictions in inter-ethnic marriages between Tatars and Russians in Tatarstan from the point of view of the theory of ethnic boundaries by F. Barth. Problems associated with different ethnicity of spouses arise at the points of crossing ethnic boundaries. Updated ethnic differences often are not the spouses themselves, and the related environment, which becomes the "guardians" of ethnic boundaries. THE APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION OF THE STRATEGY OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE RESTRUCTURING In the context of the theme chosen for the article reflected the essence of the author's approach to the development and implementation of the strategy of industrial companies, both in terms of the complexity and the environment. The essence of the strategy is the formation of directions of development of industrial enterprises by formulating long-term goals, finding resources to achieve them, and the planning of specific actions under conditions of uncertainty. In order to restructure need to discover, analyze, and predict what is possible to meet some resistance when planning changes to reduce to a minimum the resistance and establish the status quo of the new state.
