Troubleshooting:
Q: I am not seeing any video?
A: If connecting via Component, make sure you have connected the 3 RCA connectors correctly at both the Input and Output sides . The KD-MSWCAT4X4/8X8 does not do any Video format conversions so it will only output the format that is input . If you are inputting VGA you will be outputting VGA . Make sure the Video output is not muted .
Q. I do not hear any audio?
A. The audio input takes a standard analog signal via a 3 .5mm stereo audio to a 2 x RCA breakout cable . Make sure the audio input level is not 00 and the output is not muted .
If you are using Digital audio, ensure the correct breakout cable is utilized and that you are feeding a coaxial input . The KD-MSWCAT4X4/8x8 does not do any Audio format conversions so it will only output the format that is input . If you are inputting PCM audio you will be outputting PCM audio
Important Product Warnings:
1. Connect all cables before providing power to the unit .
