Mid July!That's when Badgerland goes live with the complete Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI).Here's a snapshot of what's coming (and already here). Remember all these changes aredesigned to make it easier to become a Girl Scout, to join a troop and to be a volunteer!

I'm a leader and want all my troopinformation in one location including meetingplans and forms.
Volunteer Toolkit! The first phase ofVolunteer Toolkit (VTK) will be available toall Badgerland Daisy, Brownie and Juniortroop leaders this summer. It works great onany platform, including your phone, and hasa full year of meeting plans for each of thosegrade levels. Do you have older Girl Scouts?No worries. VTK will be rolling out newfeatures for your age levels too. Watch somegreat videos about the Volunteer Toolkit andyou'll be excited to get started!
It's complicated and confusing to sign up tovolunteer. Why can't the Girl Scoutmembership registration and volunteerbackground check all be in one place?
Becoming a Girl Scout Volunteer will befaster and easier with everything in oneplace! The process from registering tobeing appointed to a troop will take oneweek or less with a supereasystreamlinedonline registration process.
It's too hard for new Girl Scouts to be placedin troops or for me to add new girls to mytroop. We need a central location that'seasily searchable for girls and volunteers tofind opportunities near them.
You'll love this we're calling it theOpportunity Catalog! As girls and adultvolunteers move through our snazzy newregistration system, they can browse theOpportunity Catalog by zip code and seeexactly what's available near them. Troopswill be listed in the catalog and show howmany spots are available and exactly whatvolunteer roles are still needed to help out.
I never know who to call about somethingand I keep getting passed from one personto another. And, frankly, I'm not a fan of yourautoanswered phone system.
Introducing the Badgerland CustomerCare Team! Led by manager Hilary Carroll,the Customer Care team will provide evenmore prompt and consistent support to ourmembers. Bonus: the team is now liveanswering phone calls during regularbusiness hours. Whether you are calling oremailing about Badgerland Bucks, how tosign up for a program or have a questionabout fun patches, the first person youconnect with will be Customer Care who willfind an answer to your questions or connectyou to the direct source.
The website is too busy. I can't find what I'mlooking for and there's too much information.
