DIGITAL SCHOOL READINESS SUPPORT SURVEY VISITS

D I ST R I C T A S S U R A N C E S District representative completes this each year, committing that all ILP requirements are being met by each school in the district, as noted on the self-implementation rubric.

D I G I TA L R E A D I N E S S S U RV E Y The ILP joins the annual statewide digital readiness collection. The information collected will help inform current and future ILP strategies and is submitted by each district’s Education Technology Leader (CIO/DTC). Collected information will be shared through the statewide Digital Readiness Reporting tool.

S C H O O L S U P P O RT V I S I T S Visits will be scheduled to ensure full implementation. Prior to visits, schools will be asked to produce ILP samples for selected students.
