With KEOPS.Pack&Ship Desktop application you will once a day :

Import filesImport files with parcels and customers data or create

parcels manually

Push ‘START of day’ ‘START of day’ button (Begin the period and

synchronize with Kiala)

Then 3 ways to print parcels :

In Scan and Print mode : scan each parcel one by

one and create the labels

In Manual mode : print manually the labels one by one

In Automatic mode : automatically import and print

labels in the order of the files

Push ‘END of day’ ‘END of day’ button (Finish the period, synchronize

with Kiala and print delivery sheets)

Basic requirementsBasic requirements

Be able to generate a text file with basic customer and parcel data

extracted from your database (encoding : UTF-8)

Have an internet connection to synchronize with Kiala’s data and send your

shipment instructions

Have a computer with Windows XP (or Vista), 1G of RAM, a standard scanner

and a Zebra printer LP 2844-Z with parallel port LPT1
