The following list contains the names of candidates who are found suitable on the basis of the result of theObjective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 11-2-2011 and the verification of original documents of the candidatesincluded in the Probability List published on 3-1-2013 for selection to the post of Electrician (NCA-Ezhava) (CategoryNo. 101/2009) on ` 9940-16580 in Health Services Department in Pathanamthitta District arranged in the order ofmerit.

The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 8-3-2013 and will be valid until candidates are advised andappointed against the vacancies notified due to the paucity of candidates belonging to Ezhava Community in the rankedlist for the above post publised on 26-12-2005.

The candidates who have obtained 40 (Forty) marks or above in the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test have beenincluded in this Ranked List.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the answer scripts will berechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totalling of marks for variousanswers, if the candidates apply for rechecking by remitting the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only) in any oneof the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) relating to this selection shallremit a fee of ` 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-800State PSC-99-Other receipts”. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission’sWebsite: www.keralapsc.gov.in) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, Kerala PublicService Commission, District Office, Pathanamthitta within 45 days from the date on which the ranked list has come intoforce. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to anydefect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and

legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form

available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or

downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s Website: www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom.

Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.


Valid applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of answer scripts along with the original chalan receipt

addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Pathanamthitta shall reach this

office within 45 days from the date on which the ranked list has come into force (i.e. the date on which the ranked list

has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of application for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the

Answer Script is 22-4-2013. Application for rechecking/obtaining photocopy received after the prescribed time limit

or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. The Fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the

case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing

original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be

intimated to the candidates from this office.

Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application

forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted

in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service

Commission, District Office, Pathanamthitta within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the ranked list, to get

the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if

any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type

(OMR Valuation) Test held on 18-4-2012 and verification of original documents of candidates included in the

Probability List published on 1-1-2013 for selection to the post of Last Grade Servants (SR for SC/ST only)

on ` 4510-6230 in Various Departments in Kannur District (Category No. 123/2011) arranged in the order of merit.

The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 12-3-2013. The Ranked List will be in force till the

publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years

whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders

regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the

Commission during the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies,

there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in

this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their

once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from

cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in

A4 size paper from the Commission’s website: www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopies therefrom. Applications submitted
