GMS 6 (Level– 1) and ACTP (Table Tennis and Badminton)

15th to 19th June 2015
General InformationTrainers : Each state will send three Trainees/candidate for Camp.
Total Delegation: One Trainee from each state for GMS and
Two trainees from each state for ACTP. ACTP Trainees should have the
knowledge of sport which they are going to Participate and the GMS trainees
should have knowledge of computers.
(State are requested to send trainees who are eligible. )
Trainees who are coming for GMS are requested to bring their own Laptops.
If any state is interested to send additional Trainee , kindly contact in
advance

Arrival Details
The Trainees will arrive Kottayam (Dt), Kerala by the afternoon of 15th June 2015
Departure DetailsTrainees can plan their depart on 19th june 2015 after 4 pm
Travel Reimbursement: Reimbursement of Travel expenses will be made onthe spot as per SAI Norms. The tickets along with Photocopies must be submitted
to Camp-in-Charge or authorized representative as soon as teams arrive. Taxi /
bus / auto rickshaw charged claimed must be accompanied by valid receipt. No re-
imbursement will be made without any supporting documents.

Weather : Temperature 30( raining)
Coaches Uniform GMS:- All Trainers should be in Casual Uniform or Track Paint +T-Shirt
during the training. No sleeper and shorts will be allowed
Coaches Uniform ACTP:- All trainers should be in full kit during the training at the venue,

Socks Sufficient
Track Shoes 1pair
TT Racket 1
FoodAll meals will be Vegetarian. However, if Non Veg items are served they will be served separately.
