Kerabraille is a tactile pavement designed to aid the blind and visually impaired, supplying them with warning signs and other information in public places, both interior and exterior. It informs them of what the safest route is, as well as indicating other important situations.

Le Kerabraille est un sol podotactile conçu pour aider les aveugles et les ambliopes, en mettant à leur disposition des signaux d’avertissement et d’autres informations dans des lieux publics, aussi bien intérieurs qu’extérieurs, en les informant ainsi sur le parcours sûr et sur l’existence d’autres situations à signaler.

Kerabraille ist ein mit dem Fuß ertastbarer Boden, der dafür gedacht ist, Blinden und Sehbehinderten zu helfen, indem er ihnen Warnsignale und sonstige Informationen an öffentlichen Plätzen, sowohl innen als auch außen, ermöglicht und dadurch sowohl über sichere Wege als auch über andere bestehende und hinweisenswerte Situationen informiert.

Classification according to DIN 51130A, B, c – indicators of slip resistance in wet areas where people walk barefoot (C = maximum slip foreseen). Classifi-cation according to DIN 510971, 2, 3 – Classification of the slip resist-ance value (Rh) according to the Pendu-lum Method. Classification according to ENV 12633.

Dans les zones où il y a le risque de glissement, l’application du matériel antidérapant des séries Keratec avec des surfaces structurées réduit substan-tiellement le risque. Este teste é feito sempre nos dois sentidos da peça cerâmica.

MATERIALVerificar sempre, antes da aplicação, se o material é todo do mesmo lote, calibre e escolha.Para uma melhor homogeneidade de cor, deverão utilizar-se pelo menos 3 caixas em simultâneo.Nunca aplicar na mesma superfície lotes diferentes.As peças deverão ser aplicadas no mesmo sentido do tardoz, aconselhando-se uma junta mínima de: 2mm para o material rectificado e 4mm para o restante.Tendo por objectivo a protecção contra manchas de rejuntamento e outras, bem como facilitar a ma-nutenção diária, a Keratec recomenda a impermeabili-zação, após aplicação e antes de rejuntar, de todos os produtos Polidos (Acetinado, Polido Brilhante).Respeitar os conselhos de aplicação inscritos nas em-balagens.

SUPORTE / CORTE / COLAS / JUNTASO suporte onde vai ser aplicado o porcelanato extrudi-do Keratec deverá estar plano, sólido, limpo e seco.Atendendo á elevada dureza do porcelanato extrudido Keratec e de forma a obter-se um efeito estético mais harmonioso recomendamos a utilização de discos e brocas apropriados.Utilizar colas apropriadas para porcelanato (produto cerâmico de Ínfima absorção), tendo também em conta o suporte, o formato e o fim a que se destina (interior, exterior, pavimento, revestimento).Seguir as instruções indicadas pelo fabricante de colas, nomeadamente: consumos/m2, distribuição e tempos.Deverá garantir-se a inexistência de bolsas de ar sob a peça.As juntas entre as peças, tanto em pavimento como em revestimento, exercem importantes funções técnicas (absorvem as deformações do suporte) e es-téticas. Assim deve-se utilizar juntas com característi-cas adequadas ao local e á sua finalidade ( flexíveis, anti-ácidos, etc... ).Após rejuntamento, respeitar as instruções de limpeza indicadas pelo fabricante.

LIMPEZAOs produtos Keratec (com acabamento liso refª 10XX e 40XX, texturado refª 15XX, radial refª 17XX estão preparados para facilitar a remoção ou atenuação das manchas, quer através de uma limpeza simples, quer através de produtos comercializados para o efeito.(Ver tabela limpeza de manchas)No mercado existem produtos específicos para a limpeza de pavimentos e revestimentos cerâmicos, em porcelanato, por tipo produto (natural ou polido) e de mancha.

MATERIALAlways check before applying whether the material is all from the same batch, calibre and variety.For greater uniformity of colour, three boxes should be used simultaneously. Never apply different batches on the same surface. The parts should be applied in the same direction as the back of the tile, with a minimum joint of: 2mm for rectified material and 6mm for the remaining material. In order to protect against stains from grouting and other stains, and in order to facilitate daily mainte-nance, Keratec recommends waterproofing before and after grouting all polished products (satin, semi-polished).Follow the recommendations for application given on the packaging.

MATERIALVor Gebrauch immer überprüfen, ob das Material mit demselben Herstellungsposten, Durchmesser und derselben Wahl übereinstimmt.Um eine bessere homogene Farbe zu erlangen, sollten mindestens 3 Verpackungen zur gleichen Zeit benutzt werden.Auf derselben Oberfläche nie verschiedene Herstellun-gsposten auftragen.Die Teile müssen in der gleichen Richtung der Plat-tenrückseite aufgetragen werden, und zwar mit einer mindest Fuge von 2mm für geschliffenes Material und 4mm für das restliche.Keratec empfehlt die Imprägnierung, nach Anwendung und bevor Ausfugung, von allen Produkten (glättende, halbpolierte) um diese gegen Ausfugungsflecke oder andere zu beschützen sowie die tägliche Erhaltung zu erleichtern.Die Gebrauchsanweisungen die in den Verpackungen angegeben sind sollen berücksichtigt werden.

SUPPORT / CUT / GLUES / JOINTSThe support where the Keratec extruded porcelain tile will be applied should be flat, solid, clean and dry.Taking into account the hardness of Keratec extruded porcelain tile and in order to obtain a more uniform effect, we recommend the use of appropriate discs and bits. Use appropriate glues for porcelain (ceramic product of lowest absorption), while taking into account the support, format and end use (interior, exterior, floor, wall covering).Follow the instructions given by the glue manufactu-rer, namely: consumption/m2, distribution and timingsAir pockets should be checked for and eliminated from under the piece.The joints between the pieces, both in pavements and as wall covering, have important technical and aesthetic functions (they absorb defects from the support). Therefore, joints with adequate characteris-tics for their final destination should be sued (flexible, anti-acid, etc…).After grouting, follow the cleaning instructions indica-ted by the manufacturer.

SUPPORT/COUPE/COLLES/JOINTSLe support sur lequel le grès cérame étiré Keratec va être appliqué devra être plat, solide, propre et sec.Vu la dureté élevée du grès cérame étiré Keratec et de manière à obtenir un effet esthétique plus harmo-nieux, nous recommandons l’utilisation de disques et de mèches appropriés.Utiliser des colles appropriées pour le grès cérame étiré (produit céramique d’une absorption infime), en tenant également compte du support, du format et de son usage final (intérieur, extérieur, sols, revêtement)Suivre les instructions indiquées par le fabricant de colles, notamment : consommation/m2, distribution et temps.Vous devrez vous assurer de ne pas laisser de poches d’air sous le carreau.Les joints entre les carreaux, aussi bien sur des sols que sur des revêtements, exercent d’importantes fonctions techniques (ils absorbent les déformations du support) et esthétiques. Il faut donc utiliser des joints avec des caractéristiques appropriées au lieu d’application et à son usage final (flexibles, anti-acides, etc...).Après le rejointoiement, respecter les instructions de nettoyage indiquées par le fabricant.

FLäCHE / SCHNITT / KLEBSTOFF / FUGENDie Fläche wo das extrudiertes Porzellan verwendert wird, soll flach, fest, sauber und trocken sein.Wegen der Härte des Porzellanes und um eine har-monische Ästhetische Wirkung zu erhalten, empfehlen wir die Anwendung von geeigneten Bohrern und Scheiben.Geeignetes Klebstoff und Fugen für das Porzellan benutzen (Keramikprodukte mit niedriger Absorption), und auch auf der Fläche achten, auf das Format und Zweck ( Innenseite, Außenseite, Fußboden, Verkleidung).Die Anweisungen die vom Fabrikat des Klebstoffes angegeben sind, sollen berücksichtigt werden und zwar: Verbrauch m2, Verteilung und Zeiten.Der Mangel von Luftsäcke unter den Teilen garantie-ren.Die Fugen zwischen den Teilen, bei Fußböden sowie bei Verkleidung, führen wichtige technische und ästhetische Funktionen durch (absorbieren die Enstellung der Fläche). Man soll Fugen mit örtlichen und zwecklichen anpassenden Merkmale benutzen (flektierbar, säurewidrig u.s.w.).Nach Ausfugung, die angegebenen Reinigungsanwei-sungen berücksichtigen.

CLEANINGKeratec products (with natural finishing ref. 10XX and 40XX, textured ref 15XX, radial ref 17XX) are prepared to facilitate the removal and reduction of stains by means of simple cleaning or using commercialised products for the purpose. (See stain cleaning table)There are specific products on the market for cleaning ceramic floor and wall tiles in porcelain. These are classified as per product (natural or polished) or stain type.

NETTOYAGELes produits Keratec (avec finition naturelle réf. 10XX et 40XX, texturée réf. 15XX, radiale réf. 17XX sont préparées pour faciliter l’enlèvement ou l’atténuation des tâches, soit par un simple nettoyage, soit à l’aide de produits commercialisés à cet effet. (Consulter tableau de nettoyage des taches.)Sur le marché, il y a des produits spécifiques pour le nettoyage de sols et revêtements céramiques, en grès porcelaine, par type de produit (naturel ou poli) et de tâche.
