How do you get a large number of people to try the product, lose their minds, regain snacking consciousness, buy lots of product, tell all of their friends and loved ones, and then get them to buy theproduct again?

• Is it original?• Is it extendable across disciplines (broadcast, interactive, print, etc)?• Does it become a part of the target’s life?• Is it relevant?

Visit a store, and check if you noticethe product.

See if you can spot it?

Exactly, it doesnt really stand out.

The ones that do, have bright colours, and lots of negative space

When does someone eat popcorn?

Usually its while watching a movie, snacking with friends, a fun treat aftera hard day.

How can we take something as simple as pop-corn, and make it fun, entertaining,and sexy? How do we make a snack sexy? How do we take it to different mediums?

Does it have to be a repackage completely, or could it just be a guerilla marketing campaign that will drive traffic to the product?

Second approach

Create the packaging around webisodes played by the four elements that make Kettlecorn delicious. The perfect combination of Sugar, Salt, Cruchiness, & Crispiness.

Four characters, Adam Crips, Jessica Salt, Sweety Galore, and Mr. Crunch.

Kettlecorn, The Series

These webisodes will feature once a week. The style is going to be film noir, and the characters are all very attractive. The plot is going to be about these fourcharacters working together to keep the town of Popcorn, Indiana safe.

The style would be very Sin City like, but it will not involve any negative conotations,such as guns, or smoking. They will be short 30 minute episodes, that will drivetraffic to the website, and also be part of the packaging of the Kettlecorn.

We combine the finest poping corn, just the right amount of salt, and pure cane sugar, then we heat it just right, so that the sugar is melting just as the corn starts to pop — leaving every piece with a thin shell of salty sweetness. Be careful, it’s hard to eat just one bute of this amazing stuff.
