are used to catch up on outstanding work, corrections and revision.

They then had to figure where to place the red letters

Discovery Corner

The children were introduced to the 3 primary colours – red, yellow and blue.

They learnt that when the colours are mixed, different colours are created.

They were so excited and could not wait to start.

Some painted at one spot,

while others went around adding their creative works onto different sheets of paper.

Josiah brought a car – it is a red car and has 4 wheels. The car can move very fast.

Carissa brought two toys – a lego car and a pink plate… we decided to each name a fruit that we can put on the

plate (apple, orange, papaya, banana; etc)

Cassidy told her friends that her toy phone could not work as there were no batteries in it.

Rennick shared that the toy gun which his father gave him came with bullets but he left them at home

Katherine opened up her rainbocorn egg to reveal the mini mystery unicorn!

“This is Gekko! He is green” said Alexander as he introduced one of the three heroes of the animated series

‘PJ Masks’.


Fun & Movement

Mass Activity

Some of the children requested to play a mass game that they enjoy… ‘Blow, Wind, Blow!’

With the instruction of the different animal locomotor skills that they were to perform before each round,

the game began!


This simple game that the children enjoy playing with their friends

also helps them to develop their listening and cognitive skills

as they listen and process the criteria given to determine how they need to move.

Training our agility skills with our modified shutter run!


Giving their friend a hi-5 instead of tapping the cone!

Using a hoop…


Then honing their throwing skills as they aim to knock down smaller and narrower pins this week!

Joy & Peace

The Joy & Peace children not only practiced with throwing skills,

they also learn to estimate the flight of the ball and defend their pins!

Each child will have a turn at

being the attacker (to knock down the pins) and

the defender (to prevent the balls from hitting the pins)

in a given time frame.
