Locked Rate Tuition
Example:
If you are a freshman business student entering into college for the first time in Fall 2016 and are taking 12 or more hours your rate per semester will be $5669.19 for the next four years, period, that's it!
If you opt for the variable rate, with the same stats, your rate for the 16-17 year would be $5507.87. It is important to note that you are NOT locked into any rate and as inflation changes, so could your rate.
Locked Rate Tuition
Example:
If you are a transfer or readmitted student, you could have three options to choose from:
1. The current four-year locked rate, which is a compounded four-year average based on the current Higher Ed. Price Index or
2. The locked-rate that corresponds with the calculated remaining years since your first enrolled term after high school (possibly less per hour, but shorter duration before expiration) or
3.Index
Tuition, most required fees, room, board and parking are payable in full, or in four installments.
The installment plan is a great option for only a $15 dollar charge per semester.
The installment plan charge is not refundable once a payment is made under the installment plan or after the first installment due date.
You may check our website SBS.TAMU.EDU for the current semester due dates.
