TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Rates are valid with immediate effect from 1st January 2012 to 31st December 2012 and are

non-commissionable. 2. The Hotel must receive all cancellations at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival; otherwise a

one-night room charge will be levied.

3. Payment in full or deposit for all charges incurred must be settled prior to the check-in, in cash or credit card unless separate credit arrangements have been agreed by both the Hotel and your

organization. 4. Reservations not guaranteed by credit card or pre-payment will be released 24 hours prior to

arrival. 5. Official check-in time is 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is 12.00 noon on the

day of departure. Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and is subject to 50% room

charge till 6.00pm. All late check-out after 6.00pm is subject to a 100% room charge. 6. All rates are accorded at the discretion of the Hotel and are subject to change without advance

notice. 7. All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 6% Government

Tax unless stated otherwise.

8. A maximum of 02 persons are permitted to a room. 9. The Hotel rooms are strictly for registered guests only. 10. All rates quoted are exclusive for BINTULU HASH HOUSE HARRIES only and is not applicable for

any direct or in-direct affiliated organization or individuals. Identification card may be required at

the Front Desk for verification purposes.

Kindly sign on the duplicate of this letter and refax it to us in order for us to activate the rates into our

Reservation System.
