Kharahi ghost: Ingredients: Chicken meat 1kg Tomato middle size 20-22 Adrak/lassan paste 4 table spoon Shaan kharahi ghost 1 packet Yougurt 1 pao Namak as per req Hari mirch 8-10 Hara dhanya for garnish Kaali mirch pisi hui Tarkeeb: Pehly kharahi mein oil daalein 4-5 baray chamach, phir timatar kaat k tail mein mix kar lein. Phir dheemi aanch par dhank dein, thori thori dear mein dekhtay rahein, jab tak timatar dissolve/melt na ho jaein. Shaan kharai ghost ka packet daalein kharahi mein is mein mashed dhai daalein, is mein adarak/lassan ka paste daal k mix karein, 1 min apporx tak mix karein/bhoonein. Ab is mein chicken daal dein aur 1 min tak mix karein, thori si kaali mirch add kar lein. Aadha cup sy kam ( ¼) paani daal k dheemi aanch py chor dein. Thori thori dear mein chalaty rahein. Jab chicken aadhi gal jaye to hari mirchein shaamil karlein. 15-30 min mein ready ho jaye ga. Jab ready ho jaye to garnish k iye bareek kati hui adrak daal deinn.
