Warranty policyKHK Diamond Products warrants all of its diamond products against defects in material andworkmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. A determination of warranty will bemade after the returned products are inspected by our related department. KHK’sresponsibility under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair of defective parts.Under no circumstances shall KHK Diamond Products be liable for consequential or incidentaldamages arising out of the failure of any products if operated improperly. This warranty doesnot cover normal wear or any damage resulting from operator negligent abuse.

Return PolicyShould you need to return any products you have purchased from KHK, please call our tollfree customer service number at 1-888-448-9898 to receive a Returned Goods Authorization(RGA#). 1. 4.3.2.

Diamond blades don’t actually cut; they employ exposed diamonds to grind through the material. The diamondcrystals scratch out small particles of the hard, dense materials. This process eventually fractures the imbeddeddiamonds particles, breaking the diamonds into smaller sharper pieces; as a result, a diamond blade for cuttingvery hard material, (Stone, Hard Concrete, Dense Brick/Tile) must have a soft bond to ensure that it will erode fastenough to expose the diamonds embedded in the matrix. Conversely, a diamond blade for cutting soft and/orabrasive material, (Asphalt, Cinder-Block or Green Concrete) must have a hard metal matrix composition to resisterosion long enough for the exposed diamonds to be properly utilized. So always chose the right bond hardnessand the correct blade for your application. Keep in mind also that there are many other factors that affectperformance and longevity such as: Diamond quality and concentration, machine horsepower and RPM, feedpressure and speed, coolant condition, aggregate size and hardness, etc.

KHK Diamond Resin Wet Polishing Pads areengineered for a highly lustrous finish onnatural stone or concrete surfaces.

Diamond blades don’t actually cut; they employ exposed diamonds to grind through the material. The diamondcrystals scratch out small particles of the hard, dense materials. This process eventually fractures the imbeddeddiamonds particles, breaking the diamonds into smaller sharper pieces; as a result, a diamond blade for cuttingvery hard material, (Stone, Hard Concrete, Dense Brick/Tile) must have a soft bond to ensure that it will erode fastenough to expose the diamonds embedded in the matrix. Conversely, a diamond blade for cutting soft and/orabrasive material, (Asphalt, Cinder-Block or Green Concrete) must have a hard metal matrix composition to resisterosion long enough for the exposed diamonds to be properly utilized. So always chose the right bond hardnessand the correct blade for your application. Keep in mind also that there are many other factors that affectperformance and longevity such as: Diamond quality and concentration, machine horsepower and RPM, feedpressure and speed, coolant condition, aggregate size and hardness, etc.

Warranty policyKHK Diamond Products warrants all of its diamond products against defects in material andworkmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. A determination of warranty will bemade after the returned products are inspected by our related department. KHK’sresponsibility under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair of defective parts.Under no circumstances shall KHK Diamond Products be liable for consequential or incidentaldamages arising out of the failure of any products if operated improperly. This warranty doesnot cover normal wear or any damage resulting from operator negligent abuse.

Return PolicyShould you need to return any products you have purchased from KHK, please call our tollfree customer service number at 1-888-448-9898 to receive a Returned Goods Authorization(RGA#). Products will not be accepted without a RGA number. All returned products must beshipped prepaid to destination. All returned products must have been purchased within theprevious 12 months.
