We chose Bellbird to fit our new kindergarten because they are just so fantastic to

work with. Actually, we’ve been using Bellbird for years because they have a great

range of quality products that last, and their service really is exceptional, before,

during and after.

Our Account Manager spent hours assisting us with our product selection by

providing us with photos of other centres and samples of furniture to look at. We

were thrilled with the combination of furniture products available through Bellbird

and are happy with how the mix of hardwood, pine, birch ply and high pressure

laminate products go together to create the natural look we were aiming for.

On the day of delivery they not only unpacked and assembled everything, they

checked off invoices, assisted us with the setting up of the room and removed all of

the rubbish. Thank you Bellbird for the great support at such a busy time

I chose to work with Bellbird for my new centre set-up because I have had a really

good history with Bellbird in comparison with other suppliers and have received a

higher level of support from Tracey Christ. I also sought out feedback from other

Centre Directors, by visiting other centres Bellbird had set up in Melbourne. This

helped me gain further insight into Bellbird and their products before I made my

decision.

While working with Bellbird on my new centre, I received a better level of customer

service than I have experienced before and very good and honest advice from Tracey

Christ which certainly made a difference. Tracey guided us through the entire project

from start to finish which eliminated any of our concerns. She provided continual

feedback, open communication- by constantly keeping us up-to-date with the

project’s status and any issues were resolved immediately.

I liked the New Bellbird Catalogue especially the new ranges and natural ranges for

my centre. I would highly recommend Bellbird, their products, customer service and

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Bellbird Kidz to plan and fit out our beautiful

new kindergarten with the most amazing furniture, equipment and resources that the children

and parents adore. From the time I first made contact, Bellbird have been so willing to really

understand our philosophy, and have been very helpful in working with us to achieve the

innovative learning space that ticks all the boxes for our community. This included visiting

our site numerous times, assistance with budgeting and choosing essential and nonessential

items, then sending an experienced team of people for two days to assemble and set up our

space, even removing all the packaging!

A highlight of this was the way in which Tracey, the Manager, liaised with the Kindergarten

teacher and shared her extensive knowledge of the products. She was a wealth of knowledge.

Their continuous support and follow up has been second to none. It is very obvious to us all

that Bellbird is a meticulous company that is enormously proud of their extensive product

range, relationship building and customer service. I thoroughly recommend Bellbird Kidz to

anyone contemplating purchasing Kindergarten items or setting up an entire room as with

their assistance it was like having them working with me on my staff.
