De massieve kunststof werkbladen kunnen in elke gewenste maat en design geproduceerd worden. Door thermo vorming worden de werk-bladen aangepast aan bestaande hoeken, rondingen en aansluitpun-ten. Hierdoor ideaal voor renovaties. Het niet poreuze materiaal voor-komt besmetting en bacterie groei.

The Solid Surface resin means you can have worktops that are com-pletely made-to-measure (large sizes or specific design). Its thermo-forming properties mean that it can be adapted to angles, rounded corners and other service ducts. Ideal for renovations. A non-porous material, it avoids contamination with no bacterial growth.

Uitschuifbaar (4) of vast, (5) de trap geeft de kinderen een veilige toegang tot de aankleedunit. De verzorgers hoeven de kinderen niet te tillen en worden zo ontlast. Wordt de trap niet gebruikt dan is deze netjes weggewerkt achter een deur.

Sliding (4) or fixed (5), the stairs allow the children safe access to the changing table and so avoid repeated effort by the carers. The system is hidden behind a door when not in use.

3. Vakkenkast, luiers, badje en gootsteen zijn allen binnen handbereik. De vorm van het aankleedkussen voorkomt eventueel omrollen van de baby.

Without moving and with one hand, nursery nurses can reach the medicine rack, nappies, bathtub and sink. The rounded shape of the changing mat stops the infant rolling over.

6. Deuren en laden zijn voorzien van een kindvriendelijke en kindveilige vertragende sluiting. De laden hebben een grote opbergcapaciteit.

Doors and drawers come with an integrated end-of-run decelerator, to keep little fingers safe and to give your ears a rest! The drawers have a large storage capacity.

7. De afvalunit wordt geopend met het voetpedaal en dichtgedaan met de knie. Dit voorkomt handcontact wat de hygiëne te goede komt.

The sliding bin unit is opened with the foot control and closed using a knee, which ensures increased hygiene by reducing hand contact.

Om de lockers extra aantrekkelijk te maken zijn ze uitgerust met een reliëf opdruk (8). De kinderen kunnen op de kinderbank gaan zitten en hun schoenen verwisselen (9). Om hygiënische redenen is elke locker voorzien van een separaat schoenenvak (10). Het topblad van de locker is verkrijgbaar in diverse materialen.

To make the lockers in the entrance area fun and easy to spot, their doors are all deco-rated with a raised pattern (8). The child-size extra benches allow children to sit down while they change their shoes (9). To make it more hygienic, each locker has a separate shoe box (10). The top of the lockers is available in a variety of materials.

The barrier comes with an anti-trap mecha-nism. Its unbreakable panel is suitable for heavy use. The frosted finish does not restrict the field of view.

ficeerd E0.5) gecertificeerd Carb 2 en M3. Volgens NF standaard specificaties. Akalys is de eerste franse producent van dit plaatmateriaal.

• Werkblad bestaat uit één stuk SMO antibacteriële kunststof ontwikkeld en gepro-duceerd door Akalys. Polyester kunststof geclassificeerd M2, met een antibacteriële Gel-Coat (volgens JIS Z 2801 standaard.) Optioneel werkblad (kleur wit) gemaakt van acryl kunststof (PMMA) zonder naden, geclassificeerd M1. Voorkomt bacterie ontwikkeling volgens ASTM G 22 standaard.

• Aankleedkussen met een ftalaten vrije hoes (volgens richtlijn 2005/84/EC) en oplosmid-delvrij, OEKOTEX standaard 100.

ReinigenAl het Akalys kindermeubilair reinigen met een niet agressief, niet schurend schoon-maakmiddel. Afnemen met schoon water.

Materials used*• Furniture made of 19mm particle panels with low formaldehyde content (classified E0.5)

certified Carb 2 an M3. Complies with the NF standard specifications. Akalys is the first French manufacturer to use this sort of panel.

• Worktop moulded in a single piece of SMO® Antibacterial Synthetic Resin developed and manufactured by Akalys. A Synthetic Resin which reduces the environmental impact from its transport without reducing the product’s life span. Polyester resin, classified M2, covered with a sanitary-quality antibacterial Gel-Coat (in accordance with the JIS Z 2801 standards). or optionnal worktop (White colour) made of sanitary-quality acrylic resin (PMMA) with no visible joints, classified M1. Prevents bacteria from developing, in accordance with ASTM G 22 standard.

• Changing mat with a fabric cover that is phtalate-free (in accordance with directive 2005/84/EC) and solvent-free, labelled OEKOTEX standard 100.

CleaningAll the furniture in the Akalys childcare range can be cleaned with regular none abrasive cleaning products for food or disinfectants. Do not forget to rinse with clean water.
