Core Skills - This class combines all the core skills of BJJ, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA into one class. Wear whatever you want to class (Gi or No-Gi). Class mixes conditioning with drills, techniques and more! Jiu-Jitsu Open Collaboration (after every adult BJJ class) - Open grappling, drilling and collaborating with team mates and instructors. Training “On the Go”: Be sure you are getting all of our class content on the go. We film class curriculum, techniques and drills and make them available for you when you’re not in class!
