KIMBERLY OLIVO 2022 DIRECTOR Kim has a wide base of knowledge that makes her indispensable to her clients. Beginning her real estate career in lending, she then made a career change and worked in law, obtaining her paralegal certificate and specializing in Estate Planning, trust and probate. In 2016, Kim returned to real estate, this time as an agent. She found great success, developing relationships with clients, investors and lenders alike, and bringing her unique perspective on understanding probate and distressed sales, worked with clients and mentored new agents - bringing both to success. Kim had the opportunity to become the regional director of United Home Group, which led her simultaneously to become the Team Leader at KW Yorba Linda Anaheim Hills, where she grew the market center, coached agents, and took on a leadership position in a successful and busy office and expansion group. Missing her own real estate business, Kim made the move to One Venture Real Estate, where she leads the listing division while simultaneously keeping her leadership position with United Home Group. Kim has always had an interest in developing new talent, sharing her knowledge with her peers, and creating a positive, vibrant space in which to work and grow. This, along with her background in law and leadership, makes Kim an ideal candidate for TIGAR's Board of Directors.
