Writing assignment

Write a 2-page minimum paper about present fitness thus far. Paper must be typed Times New Roman, double spaced with proper heading (see above) turned in hard copy and will be due Wednesday, April 16, 12-font. Compare and contrast the different fitness test we did at the beginning of the semester and now; 1 mile run, sit-up, push-up, and sit and reach test. Did you improve on your scores from the beginning of the semester to now? How will you be able to improve your score for the end of the semester? Additionally, log your physical activity during this spring break. Either it be from going to the gym, to running, to taking activity classes, to hiking, and or playing any type of sport. I suggest you at least be active for more than 30 minutes 4-5 days of the week to continue with your current fitness condition and avoid deconditioning during this spring break. Have fun with your workouts and switch up your routines. Overall, enjoy your spring break everyone!
