Kind Malaysia is a unique initiative and platform for corporates and civil organisations to meet with the aim to share, inspire and recognise the need for businesses to work together and do more for the betterment of life in the societies we live and operate in. By creating successful partnerships between corporates and non-profit organisations, Kind Malaysia will highlight and promote the importance of kindness within corporate setups and will assist them with delivering various CSR initiatives. The two-day event and expo will connect like-minded individuals from non-profit organisations, large corporations, and small-to-medium size enterprises to forge relationships that will demonstrate KINDNESS towards the community.

Our Event Partner, the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) is a socially, economically and environmentally responsible organisation that aims to give back to Malaysia and the community within which it is based and encourages its team members, partners and clients to get involved as they strive to produce better event experiences for a better planet.

Kind Malaysia will feature high-level keynotes, educational content, relationship building and dynamic exhibition space. It is designed for any business executive involved in corporate social responsibility, community outreach, humanity, corporate giving, sustainability or employee volunteering, including but not limited to, individuals who work in executive management, corporate responsibility, public relations, human resources, marketing, and corporate foundations.

HOW TO EXHIBIT:Complimentary booth will be given to non-profit organisations dealing with humanitarian activities through an application process.

ELIGIBLE CRITERIA:

UBM reserves sole discretion on selection of qualified exhibitors.

Non-profit humanitarian organisations registered in Malaysia or credible International non-profit humanitarian organisations having projects directly benefiting Malaysians.

The objective of the organisations work, be it NGO or an arm of a corporate body or Government agency, shall be purely humanitarian and non-political or non-religious.

Exhibitors are allowed to provide information of their projects and sponsorship opportunities but collection of donations at the exhibition venue is disallowed.

Water Air Food Awards (WAFA)As part of the event, Water Air Food Awards (WAFA) a global sustainability awards organisation will be holding WAFA 2018 Awards ceremony on 24 October 2018. All exhibitors are invited to attend this event where outstanding sustainability award winners in the category of water, air and food, will be announced.

KIND MALAYSIA HALL OF FAMECorporates are invited to submit their CSR projects to be showcased at the Hall of Fame during Kind Malaysia 2018.

#myWorldMITEC is aware of the potential impact that the business events industry can have on the social and physical environment and made a conscious decision to try and mitigate these impacts.
