Kindergarten Classical Connections Classical Connections provide the opportunity for teachers to use important classical pieces to further explore musical concepts. Pieces are woven throughout the curriculum appearing at the beginning of each module in grades K-5. This gives teachers the opportunity to expose students to classical pieces repeatedly throughout their elementary music career. Each instance of a piece includes a unique activity suggestion such as movement, listening, playing instruments, and connections to other subjects like Art, History, and Language Arts. Paired with Quaver's customization capabilities, teachers can engage their students in the world of classical music like never before! Classical Connections appear in the first lesson of every module. The Notes contain activity suggestions for each individual song. Some activities involve worksheets that are accessible by clicking the Worksheet button found on the Lesson Summary Screen. Incorporating Classical Connections on regular basis will expose students to a broad cross section of 88 of the greatest classical pieces ever written.

Kindergarten Classical Connections

Classical Connections provide the opportunity for teachers to use important classical pieces to further explore musical concepts.
