Fundations Unit 1 The Fundations Fundations program will be used to systematically and comprehensively instruct students in phonemic awareness and word study (both phonetic and high frequency/sight words) and contribute greatly to fluency, vocabulary development, and the applications of strategies for understanding text.

STANDARDS
