Together, the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission and Raytheon’s Leadership Development Program can build stronger international business professionals in Saudi Arabia through meaningful experiences.

About the ProgramRaytheon Company has launched a Leadership Development Program with three distinct areas to help Saudi students further develop business and leadership skills:

Internship Program – 8 weeks in summer

 Co-op Program – Fall/Spring

 Full-time Program – after graduation

Saudi students in the U.S. through the King Abdullah Scholarship Program, who are graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, Communications, Information Technology, Contracts, Supply Chain Management or similar degrees, are eligible for the Program.

Students who participate in any of the three program areas will be able to apply the knowledge learned in their academic studies. They will gain additional skills by applying Raytheon best practices to real world challenges and increase their understanding of international business relations, career management, and influential leadership.

Summer internships provide various levels of experience. There are many opportunities to do job-shadowing with several Raytheon leaders and participate in cross-functional and leadership training sessions and community service projects.

Selected students who successfully complete an internship will be eligible to apply for an exciting and challenging role as a Co-op. Additionally, Intern and Co-op participants have the opportunity to return to Raytheon as full-time employees in a 2-year rotational program where they will learn how to perform work from various perspectives within a given function.

Each of these programs allows participants to specialize in the same field of study from their university education. We have opportunities in:

Contracts, Communications, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Marketing/Business Development, Operations/Manufacturing/Quality, Supply Chain

Participants must be part of King Abdullah’s Scholarship Program in order to participate in Raytheon’s Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Leadership Development Program. This is an unpaid internship; however, participants will receive relocation assistance from Raytheon.

Participants for the Co-Op and fulltime Leadership Development program will get compensation and benefit packages that are consistent with Raytheon standards.
