    Oh No! The Overpriced

Games Arent Enough! By: Elijah Lowman/ss

The mobile video game industry has overtaken the

console gaming industry, with top reigning games such as the

famous Clash Of Clans, or The Hobbit: Kingdoms of Middle

Earth, and even Angry Birds, are raking in a big amounts of

    money per day.

Exponentially growing, the mobile gaming industry

grows by 51% each year ,only to keep on increasing to make

more money every day! In Asia the mobile gaming platform

revenue is up 86% from the last year of 2014. Japan is also see-

ing a ridiculous amount of growth in their market.

Ironically, tablets and smart phones sales have dropped

within the mobile market, maybe because gems are too valuable.

This is also the first year that mobile gaming has surpassed the

    console and PC gaming.

Luckily for us, North America is still keeping the con-

soles to dominate the market. Funny enough, we are also seeing

a widespread increase in spending percentage on the four screens

we need to game (TV, PC, handheld, phones) in all parts of the

world except the U.S. In the U.S. it isnt the same, and this ex-

plains why consoles dominate using the same formula (TV PC

    Handheld Phones) by 44% 26% 15% 15%.

Overall they should just make Skyrim a mobile game.

Swordsman Kills Two People By: Teresa Rangel/dt

A masked man in his 20s entered a school at Trollhattan, Sweden, on Thursday, October 22, 2015, wield-ing a sword that he used to kill a teacher and a student. Two others, another teacher and student, were fatally wound-ed in the attack at the Kronan Elemen-tary and Secondary School. Police later fired two shots incapacitating the man so that he could be arrested.

"This is a dark day for Swe-den," Prime Minister Stefan Lofven said. "My thoughts go out to the victims and their families, pupils and staff, and the entire community that has been affected. There are no words to describe what they are going through right now." The attacker walked into the school posing with the mask and sword with students in the morning. "Then he enters the building and meets another one that he attacks," Haraldsson said. "Then he systematically searches the school building. We can follow tracks of blood in the premises.

"He walks to the classrooms, knocks on the door, and when (a) pupil opens the door, he is attacked ... stabbed on the spot. This happens in two different classrooms, and one of (the attacked students) is now deceased."

At first a student, later identified as Edona, told Swedish chan-nel TV4 that students thought the man, who was wearing a mask and black clothes, was playing a Halloween joke. He was walking like a soldier, kind of, with a sword in his hand, the student said. Then horror struck when the man began attacking.

We were pretty shocked, all of us, Edona said.

Steven Universe Opinion by: Clairanda Porter/dt

Steven Universe is an ongoing series of feels, laugh-ter, and adventures that have yet to be explained. The artists of Steven Universe have the freedom to create the world as they see it, so new episodes usually come out on Thursdays, but sometimes it varies.

Every Thursday I prepare myself by breathing in and out to keep myself calm. I recommend that anyone who is interested in gem based aliens that protect the Earth to watch and consume every episode with a heart in wanting to figure out all the mysteries of Stevens universe.

Pearl, Amethyst, Garnet, and Steven make up the crystal gems. They fight off crystal beasts and keep Home World from destroy-ing the Earth. Pearl is always trying to protect Steven from all the dangerous adventures they go on, but Amethyst encourages Steven to try the limits. Amethyst pokes fun at Pearl, but Pearl shakes it off. Garnet is a smooth, to herself person. She keeps the peace and is somewhat seen as the leader of The Crystal Gems. Steven is a young child making his way through life with the struggles of trying to understand what his purpose is in The Crystal Gems.

If you go to the Steven Universe page on the Cartoon Network website, you can watch episodes from the current season (Season 2), featured videos, play a Steven Universe online game and join the fun in a blog. Steven Universe is one of my favorite ongoing series on Cartoon Network. I recommend anyone and eve-ryone to watch this lovely cartoon.

    Billionaire Gives Back

to the World By: Logan Hightower/dt

Manoj Bhargava, founder of 5-hour Energy is giving back to areas in three ways: health, energy, and water, and is trying to get it up and going right now! Manoj has a play house in Europe that is the most funded playhouse in the world. He has dedicated most of his money to these items.

Manoj is trying to help in water, by making The Rain Maker. This item transfers non-usable sea water, and turns it into fresh water. 1000 gallons of sea water can transfer to 1000 gallons of freshwater in matters of one hour. They want to place hundreds of these outside of drought areas near the oceans to give water to the area that needs it.

Another item called Free Electric is some-thing to help with energy problems. You get on a bike and peddle for am hour, and you can have electricity for 24 hours, free of cost and pollution. Naturally, its going to help the world.

Their last item called Renew ECP promotes good blood flow. This will help with a lot of problems with people that have blood problems, and even heart problems.

The world could use more of these people to help out with issues through-out the world.

Race the Rail Through the Eyes of KHS Photogs By: Stinger Staff

Kingfisher High School staff photog-raphers Sam Walter and Regan Henderson were invited to cover the annual Race the Rail Cycling Event in Watonga in early October. The one-of-a-kind event finds cyclist racing against an actual train.

The idea to race a train started during the summer of 2010 when the owners of Wheeler Dealer Bicycle Shop learned that the family of cyclist Austin, Todd and Ladd Laf-ferty owned the AT&L Railroad. Based in the small town of Watonga, this Oklahoma grain hauler operates a 40 mile line which begins at a connection with the UP's Enid Subdivision in El Reno and extends west through Calumet, Geary, and Greenfield to Watonga. The AT&L track speed is approximately 10 mph.

Because of the slow track speed, the race is organized so that an AT&L engine will leave Geary at the same time the riders leave Watonga. The riders will ride to Geary and back and try to catch the train on the way back to Watonga. Hence, Race the Rail.

Cyclist start 1/4 mile south of Watonga and ride south to Geary where they will do a u-turn and ride back to the start. The train will begin in Geary and head north to Watonga. As riders are traveling south, they will meet the train and begin the chase to catch and hopefully pass the train on the return trip to Watonga.

The route is approximately 32.5 miles so you do the math on how fast you need to ride to beat the AT&L.

Walter and Henderson covered the race from the start finish line, and at several points along the route.
