Why do we charge a booking fee?On selected shows a £1 per ticket booking fee is charged and is included in the advertised ticket price. For many incoming productions, the majority of the ticket income is paid to the Production Company or Promoter. The booking fee is entirely retained by the venue.

ReservationsReservations must be paid for within 7 days of booking or 24 hours before the performance or event begins, whichever is sooner. Uncollected reservations will be released for resale.

Refunds and ExchangesWe regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded. Any refunds in special circumstances will be issued as a cheque from Alive Leisure. Returned tickets will only be offered for resale when the venue is sold out and at a handling charge of £1 per ticket.

ChildrenChildren are welcome at the Corn Exchange. The Coffee House offers high chairs and baby changing facilities available in ladies and gents toilets. Babes in arms (under 2yrs) admitted free to shows but must sit on adult’s lap. All other children require own tickets at full price if no child concessions available at time of booking.
