Page 42, 43, & 44 of report: Heading updated to Filing No. 9. Page 54 of report: Pipe sizing calculations were included in the Filing No. 8 calculations for detention sizing, pipe sizing, hydraulic modeling, and system modeling. Pipe S1 was included in Filing No. 8 calculations but is included in the Filing No. 9 boundary. Pipe S1 calculations are shown with the rest of the system and is labeled as such on Proposed Drainage Map on page 93 of report. Page 74 of report: Heading Updated. Filing No. 8 and Filing No. 9 storm sewer systems that convey to Detention Basin B were modeled as one system. Page 75 of report shows the layout of the storm sewer system with pipe S1 being within Filing No. 9 boundaries and modeled using UD-Sewer as: (S1-1, S1-2, S1-3, and S1-4). Page 93 of report: Pipe S1 shown along Peachleaf Drive. Design Points 102 and 103 added to design point flows table. Open channels that convey to Jimmy Camp Creek have updated labels. Sub-basins have been updated with narrative in report. Inlet calculations for offsite runoff have been included in report. Inlet and pipe sized to convey 100 year flows. Swale along north property boundary is not required. Grading does not interfere with existing drainage north of the Filing No. 9 boundary. DBPS and MDDP have identified the design point where existing runoff gathers. Filing No 9. will incorporate an inlet and pipe at specified location to maintain existing drainage flows and patterns. document.docx 1604 South 21 st Street, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80904-4208 Ph: (719) 630-7342 Fax: (719) 630-0406 www.kiowaengineering.com

Current sheet with comment refers to sanitary sewer plans and should not show the storm sewer inlet on sheet 10.Sheet Label 6: Road has been adjusted for appropriate K values. Slope tags have been added for Bittercress Place. Crown of road is shown on profile. Exaggerated profile scale does not clearly indicate crown. Sheet Label 8: Rim adjusted to grade. Sheet Label 9: Street name callouts have been added to signage callouts. Note for a speed limit sign at Mesa Ridge Parkway has been included. Sheet Label 10: Riprap sizing for offsite storm conveyance included in drainage report. Storm pipes labeled with public and private designations. Sheet Label 12: Area inlet constructed as a sump condition. Calculations in drainage report. Open channel flowline slopes identified. Floodplain has been labeled. Sheet Label 17: Typical grass-lined channel section updated with reference to erosion control blanket per grading and erosion control details on sheet 13. Flowline slopes identified on sheet 12. Outlet pipe and plate restrictor updated per UD-Detention sheets in drainage report. Financial Assurance Estimate: Page 4 of form: Unlabeled quantity has been updated.
