Conference Essentials:

Files: 1. An essential part of a delegate kit for any conference. The folder is equipped with pockets on both sides, a pen

holder and Velcro to keep it closed.

2. Having a separate pouch for your punched sheets and a separate one for easy access, this folder has a rexine

finish.

3. To ensure no papers are lost, this folder has a strong magnet and is made of rexine for a smooth feel.

4. This zippable folder ensures that all documents in it stay safe and protected: covered from all sides. It is equipped

Delegate Sheets

An extremely critical component of any delegate kit. It is required for the delegates to write notes. One notepad

consists of 10 pages (printed back to back).

(Number of sheets can be increased. Also available in Wiro and spiral binding)

Chits:

Diplomatic chits facilitate communication between delegates in a Model UN Conference. Given below are samples of

the diplomatic chits that we have provided to Orchid MUN, Pune. Each delegate kit would consist of 15 chits and we

will watermark your logo on it.

Placards:

We provide ready to use placards. All you have to do is send us your logo and the number of countries. Once you

receive the delivery, all you have to do is place them!

Rs. 10 per placard (includes creasing and folding)

Delegate Pens:

To complete any delegate kit, a conference personalized pen is essential. These pens also come in different colours.

Rs. 10 per pen (includes name of the MUN)

Medals: In addition to the delegate kit, we also provide medals. These medals weigh 250-300 grams and are 3 inches in

diameter, the best quality available in the market.

Other Products:

Badges: These nifty badges are a perfect memento to give out to a large crowd. They can be printed as per preference and

can also be personalized.

There are two types of badges available – one with a pin and the other with a clip.

Pin- Pin it anywhere; be it blazers or bags!

Clip – No more holes! Can be clipped on to a pocket or lapels.

Keychains: Keychain 1 – Another perfect memento to give delegates, the keychain can be printed on plastic in any design.

Mugs:

These mugs can be printed to design as a testimony to one’s participation in the conference. Mugs never go waste.

We provide customized certificates for participants, winners, organizing committee and executive board members.

In addition to certificates, we customize every ID card with the delegates name, country and committee on every ID

Amendment Sheets:

Amendment sheets play a very important role for first time MUN-ners as the format is already present on the

amendment sheets. We provide 3 sheets per delegate kit.

Cost: Rs. 2.25 per kit

Flex Printing:

For any flexes that need to be displayed, send us the design and consider it done!

Cost: Rs. 12/square feet

Terms and Conditions

1. An order once placed cannot be cancelled.

2. You are required to send your logo as .cdr file (Corel Draw) in vector format.

3. A 75% advance is required to confirm your order.

4. Shipping period is 12 days (excludes Sundays, Public Holidays and the day when the order was placed)

5. Shipping charges as applicable.

6. There will be no changes in the quantity after the order has been confirmed.

7. Balance amount of 25% has to be paid at the time of delivery 9for deliveries in Pune district only).

8. The shipment will not be sent till the balance amount of 25% is not paid.

9. Delays in shipment due to late payment is not Kit Genie’s responsibility.
