KITEX 2015 INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY EXHIBITIONBy Afghan Wireless

In June, KITEX 2015 brought 150 of the world’s leading information and communications companies to the Afghanistan Expo Center in Kabul.

At the exhibition, which showcased the latest in information and communications technologies, Afghan Wireless Communication Company unveiled many of the next-generation technology services that it plans to offer its customers.

The technologies include HD Voice, Mobile Account Management Solutions, and the My Money Terminal and Mobile App, which make it easier for customers to complete their transactions using the company’s online wallet service. 

Afghan Wireless also highlighted its high-speed broadband 3.75G network, which it has implemented in certain Afghan cities. 

Afghan Wireless co-sponsored KITEX together with the Afghan Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, serving as the event’s Gold Sponsor. 

In addition to Afghan Wireless, KITEX brought a number of leading technology companies to Kabul to explore the future of communications, pushing Afghan Wireless and its competitors and partners to learn from each other and set even higher goals for technological development in the coming years.
