August 2020

Our newsletter is usually lled with industry information that we feel is useful as you navigate running your

business, but this is a special edition that includes information about our upcoming 25th celebration. Can you

believe we are 25? We are super excited and are eternally grateful for your support and the trust you place in us on

a daily basis. We would not be where we are without you!

Join us for a drive-thru food bank beneting The North Texas Food Bank to celebrate ABGI’s 25th year of wowing

customers. These times have proved dicult for many families and the need for food assistance has grown. ABGI

would like to give back to the community that has served it so well and provide much needed food for families who

are trying to navigate day to day survival.

There are three ways you can participate in the fundraiser.

1) Attend Our 25th Event!

We ask you to join in the eort by dropping food to our location, which will benet the NTFB. Simply follow the

drive-thru instructions upon arrival to check in, drop your donation, choose your special thank you gift (while

supplies last), and take a photo to commemorate the event. Social distancing protocols will be in place at all times

and you will never leave your car.

The most needed food items are:

Grains (such as rice, oats, or quinoa)

Breakfast cereals and oatmeal (normal serving sizes)

Canned vegetables (normal serving sizes)

Peanut butter (10-12 oz, 16-18 oz)

Canned meat (tuna, chicken, etc. in normal serving sizes)

Nutrition or breakfast bars (individually wrapped)

Canned fruit in fruit juice (normal serving sizes, pop-top lid preferred)

Or any non-perishable, shelf stable food
