.KLEERCONTROL FILTER FLUSH CONTROLLER

The KLEERCONTROL Filter Flush control system has many unique features.

1. Selectable number of zones (outputs) from 1 to 8 2. The AUTO/OFF switch allows programming and will stop the controller at any time.

Switch must be in AUTO position for automatic operation 3. Master valve control 4. Display gives visual indication of the activated output 5. Cycle time delay programmable from 1 minute to 24 hours 6. 2 Programmable delay times between zones (outputs)

Delay = Short time delay from 1 second to 10 minutes (master valve will stay closed during this delay)

I/FILTER (inter filter) = Long time delay from 1 minute to 10 hours (master valve will open during this delay period)

7. Programmable flush time from 1 second to 10 minutes in 1 second increments 8. Selectable Flush Sequence either Normal i.e. always starting at output#1 and

flushing sequentially thereafter or Progressive sequencing each time the flush cycle starts at the next sequential output. (i.e. first cycle starts at#1; second cycle starts at #2; third cycle starts at # 3 etc.)

9. Manual start button (after confirmation by selecting NEXT) for starting cycle out of sequence or for testing.

10. The KLEERCONTROL Filter Flush can be started by a 24V AC input and / or by a Pressure Differential sensor switch

If ONLY a Pressure Differential sensor is connected the JUMPER on the PC board (see wiring diagram) must be connected and the CYCLE time must be ZERO. If both the Pressure Sensor switch & the 24VAC inputs are connected, the Pressure Sensor will only start if the 24VAC has been activated. Once the Pressure sensor switch has started the program, the cycle time will be reset.
