Gunpowder Green Tea & Mint £5.50 With a perfect balance of organic gunpowder

green tea and dried green mint leaf, this stunning

classic is refreshing, reviving and inspiring.

Jasmine scented Silver Needle £8.00 The marriage of the finest Silver Needle white tea

and fresh jasmine flowers creates the perfect bal-

ance of delicate white tea taste and sweet jasmine

aromatics.

Green teas

Dragon Well £8.50 One of the most sought after green teas in the

world. The leaves (like all our green and white

teas) are picked in the beginning of spring. After

picking, each individual leaf and bud is hand-

pressed and shaped in a wok to achieve the per-

fect level of roasting. This process creates a tea

with an emerald infusion that tastes of sweet

chestnuts.

English Breakfast £5.50 Bright and full–bodied amber tea boasts both a

refreshing and invigorating flavour.

Earl Grey £5.50 Really light tea, pale gold in colour with a deli-

cate flavour of bergamot.

Darjeeling £5.50 This light golden tea has a delicate character and

flavour likened to the muscadet grape.

Assam £5.50 Assam is a strong, rich and deep-amber tea with

a malty character

Lapsang Souchon £5.50 This is a strong, golden tea with a very distinctive

smoky character.

White teas

Silver Needle £8.00 Long, soft and downy, Silver Needle is composed of

hand picked, first spring buds of the Da-Bai tea

plant. It comes from Fuding, a serene region with

waterfalls and clear lakes. The peaceful setting is

reflected in the flavour: soft, mellow, with the fresh-

ness of honeydew melon and the soothing sweetness

of a ripe cantaloupe. It’s an easy-drinking tea that’s

ideal to relax with.

Herbal Infusions

Whole camomile flowers £5.50 The only way to appreciate the floral, summery ele-

gance of camomile is to put the whole flower in wa-

ter. The result is a stunning freshness and light,

cleansing flavour that you can only find by infusing

the whole leaf.

Blackcurrant & Hibiscus fruit £5.50 This vibrant, fruit infusion offers mesmerising fla-

vours and sweet, lively character. With whole

blackcurrants, cracked hibiscus shells and red cur-

rants, this is an outstanding deep red infusion.

Whole rose buds £5.50 The distilled beauty of whole rosebuds provides a
