New things we tried
Stakeholder mapping exerciseChoose a topic of work that you have just begun or will begin imminently
Map all your stakeholders out using the matrix opposite
For those stakeholders who fall into Box B, C or D, think of what things they would like to -Know about, -Understand,-Challenge you on
Top tipsK.I.S.S keep it short and simple- with messaging ensure there is consistency of theme even if delivery is different. Think about language, terminology
K.I.T – keep in touch- you need to manage all stakeholders and keep them informed
M.O.D - move on don’t dwell, it is easy to ‘rest’ especially after a big intensive exercise, but you need to keep on top of the next big /change
