FORK END
Draw the sketch with given dimension and constraints.
Extrude it for 120 mm.
Select the top surface and draw the sketch
Use extrude and cut the inner piece.
AUTODESK INVENTOR FILE CO12106
Draw the sketch using two circle and constraining them as tangent
Cut the above portions.
Select the given surface, draw the circle and extrude it for 25mm.
AUTODESK INVENTOR FILE CO12106
Use fillet tool and round it for 2 mm.
Draw the given sketch on the side view.
Use the revolve command
Revolve for 360 degree and revolve around edge.
Use mirror feature select the feature and corresponding tool
Repeat it twice till the desired product is obtained.

EYE END
Draw the above given sketch with following dimensions.
Select extrude ,and extrude it to 60 mm.
AUTODESK INVENTOR FILE CO12106
Again draw the given sketch using suitable constraints ,lines and
circles.
Select revolve and revolve around the corresponding edge.
Use mirror feature .
Select the given feature and mirror it around the given axis.
Select the given feature and mirror it around the given plane.
AUTODESK INVENTOR FILE CO12106
Draw the given sketch on the corresponding surface.

KNUCKLE PIN
Draw the above sketch, ectrude it for 10mm.
After extrusion again draw the sketch and extrude it for 150 mm.
The extrusion will look like this.
AUTODESK INVENTOR FILE CO12106
Select the above plane and draw the circle on it.
Select extrusion on it and remove material from it thus creating a
hole in it.
AUTODESK INVENTOR FILE CO12106
COLLOR
Draw two concentric circles of diameter of 50mm and .
Select extrude and extrude it for 25 mm.
Select plane perpendicular to surface
Draw a circle of dia 3mm.
Select extrude use cut both ways and remove material.
AUTODESK INVENTOR FILE CO12106
The collor will look like this.

ASSEMBLY OF KNUCKLE JOINT
Place the fork end using insert component.
AUTODESK INVENTOR FILE CO12106
Insert the eye end and mate the circular sufaces.
Again mate the axis of both the circular ends.
Then use the angle constraint
Align the axis perpendicular to each other.
.
Insert a new component knuckle pin.
Mate the inner and outer cylindrical surfaces as shown
Then mate the top end of the pin with the protruding end.

AUTODESK INVENTOR FILE CO12106
Insert the collor using place component.
Mate the axis of hole to the axis of the knuckle pin.
Lastly insert the pin using the axis of collor and knuckle pin.
