College dormitory house rules

DIRECTIVE No. 1/2004

1. Housing facilities - College dormitory, operates/provides/serves the housing for the universitystudents or further persons if it allows the capacity of dormitories. For this purpose every personliving on dormitory has to be signed up in the registry of housed persons in the office of housingoperators within opening hours or on reception.

2.All the dormitories have to be locked up everyday from !."" till #."". $ithin this periodaccommodated students will be let in only if they show their dormitory pass/identity card.

3. %he entry to the dormitory and walk away from the dormitory for students and accommodatedpersons is constantly possible e&cept for the time necessary to carry out night walks of housingoperator after !."" and control of dormitories and safety of accommodated persons.

egistered electric devices are insured against theft, as brought in stuff5the indemnity might be claimed only if there is an evidence of forcibletrespass to the room6. %he utili4ation of different devices is not alloweddue to the safety of housed students.

>reaching above mentioned regulations is considered as seriousinfringement of College dormitory house rules and may lead to withdrawalof housing in dormitories.

.Accommodated student is in duty to enable entry into his room- for reason of control of serenity and tidiness in accordance with validsanitary rules to the chief of the corresponding college dormitory house,

as the case may be to the officer of the corresponding college, alwaysfollowed by one other person at least- for reason of stock taking and regular check of electric devices- theterm will be made public to the students in advance of ? calendar days- for reason of maintaining e&ceptional necessary mending needed forregular function to the employees of the 012 - in case of a natural disaster endangering the health or lives, controls ofsafety of the accommodated student and stock taking of the 012 property to the persons , which are responsible for the function of thebuildings.%he accommodated student accepts, that the university college is onthe basis of the Civil Code and all connected precepts of law not a placefor bringing into and keeping of cash e&ceeding #,""" C@1 and deposit

.*f the students or other accommodated persons or persons stayingeither with or without authori4ation in the room of the college dormitoryhouse break the rules of the article ' of these rules and by his actions willdisturb other accommodated student, damage the property of andbreak civil coe&istence in any other way on the given college dormitoryhouse and do not obey appeals of the housing operator or any othercompetent employee of the 012 , have these employees right to callthe security. n the basis of contractual relations is the security allowed to

reintroduce the order by using any available means corresponding withthe ;egal Advice of the C4ech epublic. %he security is responsible forusage of decent means to reintroduce the order in accordance with the;egal Advice of the C4ech epublic.
